What do you like best about the product?
I use Sprinto for compliance purposes. I really appreciate its seamless management of employees' policies and how it handles any kind of security breaches, which ensures that our compliance is maintained every day of the year. As a founder, I find managing all security policies and ensuring that everyone in the organization is aware and adhering to them really insightful. It helps us maintain SOC Type 1 and SOC Type 2 compliances, which is beneficial for our enterprise business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Many of the times employees have to be reminded about reporting when a device is changed. It would be great if the reminders can be multi-channel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto helps me seamlessly manage employee policies and handle security breaches, ensuring compliance every day of the year. It maintains SOC type 1 and SOC type 2 compliance and helps in enterprise business management.

What do you like best about the product?
Working with the Sprinto team has been a great experience, especially thanks to the professionalism and dedication shown by Joe Aksharan. He is consistently punctual for every meeting and goes the extra mile to guide us through all the necessary steps for our certification. One of the biggest highlights is the dedicated Slack channel, being able to get instant answers to my questions instead of waiting for a scheduled call has really sped up our progress. I also appreciate how proactive the communication is getting a quick nudge via Slack or email to stay on top of tasks keeps us moving forward. Joe’s commitment and that extra "push" to get things done have been exactly what we needed to stay on track.

I really appreciate how it integrates seamlessly with all the services our product consumes, essentially handling the heavy lifting for us. It’s particularly handy for monitoring, often, I’ll see alerts for things like AWS GuardDuty or GitHub Dependabot in the Sprinto dashboard or via email before I even log into those individual consoles. Having that centralised visibility makes managing our security posture much simpler and more efficient.

While the platform is generally reliable, I do occasionally encounter minor bugs within the Sprinto system. These small technical glitches can be a bit inconvenient, though they are usually resolved quickly with a simple page refresh. Since the issues tend to clear up immediately, they haven't significantly disrupted my workflow, but smoother performance would certainly enhance the overall experience.

Sprinto solves the challenge of manual compliance by providing expert guidance on policy setup and seamless third party integrations. For a company like ours, this bridges the gap in security expertise, ensuring our protocols are robust and framework aligned. By centralising data from our various tools, the platform offers real time visibility into our security posture. This automation significantly reduces the administrative burden, allowing us to maintain a continuous state of audit readiness while focusing on our core product development.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto has been a great tool in our compliance journey and I've been generally very satisfied with our experience in utilizing it. They continue to put out new features often and take into consideration our feature requests insights into improving the platform, which is always great to have that willingness. Our technical lead, Joe Aksharan, has been wonderful throughout the process in helping us along the way. Highly recommend him and Sprinto!!!

What I like best about Sprinto is the combination of fast, responsive support and clear guidance throughout the ISO 27001 and GDPR compliance journey. The platform makes the process easy to follow, helps you stay on track with the right evidence and tasks, and significantly speeds up getting audit-ready without unnecessary complexity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very little to dislike. A refresh of the UI/UX (more modern look and a bit smoother navigation in some areas) would make an already strong platform even better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto centralizes and automates compliance work—evidence gathering, documentation, risk assessments, and policy management—so we’re not chasing information across tools and spreadsheets. Its integrations with our vendor/security stack continuously collect proof and keep controls up to date, which saves a lot of time, reduces manual effort, and helps us stay audit-ready for ISO 27001 and GDPR.

It automates compliance end to end with smart compliance features, real-time monitoring, and control checks. It also offers a wide range of compliance checks and solid support. The centralised dashboard brings everything together, and overall it feels reliable and trusted.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial setup process can feel long. Integrations are sometimes limited, and the guidance available isn’t always sufficient when you need help. Customisation options also feel somewhat restricted, and I’ve occasionally run into minor glitches. On top of that, pricing can sometimes be on the high side.

I really appreciate Sprinto for its real-time visibility, which helps me spot security gaps early instead of discovering them right before an audit. The automated evidence collection is a huge time-saver, reducing manual work and keeping us audit-ready without constant effort. The access control, especially for onboarding and offboarding, benefits significantly as issues get flagged immediately. Setup was fairly easy, with straightforward integrations and a dashboard that clearly showed what needed to be done. Overall, Sprinto is my go-to security tool, and I find it very effective.

Some controls feel a bit rigid and still need manual clarification. More flexibility for fast moving teams would help.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto makes compliance much more manageable by breaking down complex requirements into clear, actionable steps. The platform is easy to use, well structured, and saves a lot of time during implementation and audits. The integrations and ongoing monitoring are especially helpful.

Some advanced frameworks and edge cases could benefit from a bit more flexibility and clearer guidance out of the box, but the team is always responsive when questions come up.

Sprinto helps us centralize and automate our compliance efforts, reducing manual work and uncertainty around security and cloud compliance. It has significantly lowered the operational overhead of preparing for audits and staying compliant as we scale.
