What do you like best about the product?
What I like most is how easy it is to develop with Creatio. It really feels like the sky is the limit—you can shape Creatio into whatever you need it to be, not just a CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
Personally, I’m not a fan of the token system for AI use. I’ve also had instances where it’s been somewhat challenging to find the right support information on the website.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We’re working toward making Creatio our “one source of truth,” rather than relying on multiple apps to reach a conclusion.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to focus on our customers, and the freedom we have to create workflows, processes, and applications that do what we as a bank need.
Customer support being available 24/7 (or very close) is very helpful. We had an issue where we pushed a package from a higher version to a lower version and Creatio support was able to work through the night on our issue.

What do you dislike about the product?
Ticketing, having to submit a ticket, then having to give Creatio support access to environment, in two separate steps. The ability to submit a ticket and give Creatio support in one simple step would be best.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
New Customer intakes has been a major pain for our bank. We were previously using another application was not working, and was hard to find out what customer that intake form was connected to. We replaced that software with Creatio, and we have seen a large increase in our intakes being done.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Creatio to tackle the daily challenges of service and sales teams, focusing on CRM implementation. It helps me speed up delivery with AI and no-code tools, bringing me closer to business teams during implementation. I really like the agents and upcoming voice AI features that Creatio offers. The business process automation is another aspect I appreciate, as it enhances efficiency. I love the Freedom UI because it provides actual freedom; I can build engaging UIs directly during workshops with customers, which is amazing. The AI is native to the platform and easily speeds up the work of end users. The no-code nature of Creatio makes the initial setup very quick.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think ALM part could be more enterprise ready to enable concurrent work of multiple developers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creatio helps me tackle daily challenges of service and sales teams, speeds up delivery with AI and no-code tools, and brings me closer to business teams during CRM implementation. Freedom UI gives me the means to build engaging interfaces directly with customers, making it very effective.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Creatio is easy to use and offers no-code functionality. This allows for quick implementation of changes. The initial setup was easy, especially with support from our partner. I would definitely recommend Creatio to a friend or colleague with a score of 10.

Monitoring our many environments, especially knowing which environment is at what status and when updates are due.

I use Creatio for customer management, marketing, and sales. It is easy to use and allows for quick implementation of changes through its no-code functionality.
