What do you like best about the product?
ESentire solutions catch a lot of traffic that we would otherwise never catch. The solution is very good and has proven to be a valuable resource for our support team. The insights are also excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far no real complaints. It's been working really well for us and esoc has been great to deal with
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's providing protection from external threats which is extremely beneficial and gives us peace of mind.

Seamless SOC Management with Stellar Support

What do you like best about the product?
I like that eSentire is available immediately when we call on the phone and they are quick to respond. Our customer success manager is very attentive to our needs, which makes my job easier because I don't have to wait around for somebody.
What do you dislike about the product?
Could spend a little more time on initial investigation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
eSentire augments staff coverage and helps us manage alerts and tickets 24/7, addressing staff shortages and providing around-the-clock support.

What do you like best about the product?
I am the ISO, so it does not impact my day to day, but thier customer service is great and I enjoy the quarterly updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
From my viewpoint, I do not have any dislikes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Log monitoring is a huge time suck for our IT manager, so having this outsoursed has provided for better coverage and more timely response.

What do you like best about the product?
They help manage our SOC where we don't have to be 24x7 and can have a work-life balance without needing to hire a huge amount of people.
What do you dislike about the product?
Number that eSentire SOC uses to contact us are non-published numbers so if we don't add them to contacts they are blocked, wish they would publish their numbers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are our SOC which they have the staff to review all alerts before they are passed down to us so we can work on other company tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
eSentire has some interesting threat insights. Being able to know that they are capable of in terms of finding new security vulnerabilities and then quickly diseminate them is important
What do you dislike about the product?
The service itself doesnt actually improve security posture. Once we were set up we were forgotten about until quarterly meetings where useless metrics were discussed. Alerts should map to MITRE and we should be getting recommendations for additional log sources to add to improve our alerting coverage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It checks a box and thats about it

What do you like best about the product?
eSentire has proven to be an invaluable partner for all of our integrations with them. Their customer engagement and expertise is top notch. I especially like their SOC who is incredibly responsive and provides great assistance in providing immediate remediation and recommendations on how to further improve our security footprint through the use of their tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Quite frankly, there is nothing I dislike about eSentire.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
eSentire is giving us much greater visibility into our infrastructure along with the added benefit of services that "hold down the fort while we're away from the house". I have much higher confidence in the security of our infrastructure with eSentire on board.

What do you like best about the product?
The alerts are very easy to read, they are informative, and they arrive in a timely fashion
What do you dislike about the product?
There really i'snt anything I dislike regarding eSentire.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The eSentire SOC is able to monitor our environment in a way my staff and I never could. They have visability into our entire environment which allows investigation in real time so that we can resolve issues before they can escalate and cause further damage.

What do you like best about the product?
Responsive and thorough. Any time a senior goes offline or a response is needed, the Soc is always on top of it and will follow up to ensure services are restored or escalations are acknowledged.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is unclear who should be contacted from an account side for specific tasks. A small example would be the decommissioning of sensors and the process required for successfully removing or migrating to other sensors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
eSentire is helping protect not only our network but our end users as well. The soc is able to alert us of any suspicious logins from locations that our users may not frequent, helping to alert us to possible account compromises.
