Excellent MDR year after year!

What do you like best about the product?
Their willingness to change. The number of times we have worked together to develop workflows, fine-tune alerts, and procedures have always been fruitful. Our account rep is easy to reach and very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing currently. In the past there have been some road bumps with alerts but nothing major. I could maybe see a decrease in alert response times and communications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
eSentire is really a staff augmentation for us. They are the watchers when our eyes may not be looking at the glass. Working with eSentire and tuning playbooks allow us to focus on internal projects and processes.

Looking forward to have managed vulnerability service with Rapid 7.

24/7 security monitoring and managed SOC. Tight integration with full range of services.

What do you like best about the product?
eSentire monitors our network 24/7 and their staff are very reliable and communicative. They are quick to alert of any incidents and do not fatigue with lots of false positives.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing negative to say. The product and staff are great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
eSentire provides 24/7 monitoring working with Defender and Crowdstrike. If any incidents occur, they always escalate appropriately and timely following the call tree.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like Esentire's analysis when we ask for some additional information regarding an alert. I can see that they put in some effort to do an investigation and acquire all details that they can get.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are constantly testing our environment for visibility and informing esentire to whitelist all the alerts. I encounter repetetive whitelisting or exclusion of alerts with esentire.

What do you like best about the product?
eSOC support has been very helpful for our team that does not offer 24 support. The notifications has improved and you are always welcome on feedback to improve them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Before alerting, the anaylst does not review all services that eSentire has access to determine if the alert should be sent out to us for review.

Please add Case numbers to all notifications that are sent out. It is easier to find and match when we have to look at esight to find.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
eSentire has a lot of services that have been useful for our company such as eSinsder
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say the only thing I would like from their SOC services is a bit more context on the alerts
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
eSenite is helping us as a SOC and this is beneficial because we do not have a large in house security team to carry out these functions

What do you like best about the product?
They treat us like no other MSSP I've worked with. They're a growing firm with solid services with great support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really dislike, but they're conintually buiding new products. At times we've work with on new feedback with these services that they implemented.

They're handlig our continous 24x7 eyes on glass with our exisiting SecOps team.

What do you like best about the product?
Concierge services enhanced the security services provided by eSentire. CSM and support are patient and willing to help when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall from a security perspective, some companies need extra help with reducing risk. I feel the support team could help create more seamless processes
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Information security vulnerability management, network monitoring, incident response, endpoint detect, prevent and respond, and log monitoring.

What do you like best about the product?
The upside for us is that we had a SIEM in place prior to engaging with them. They were able to hook into our existing SIEM, leveraging our existing investment. They are also a force maximizer for partnering on SIEM rules and alerts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their account team and services can sometimes not be as responsive as we'd like, But in terms of the core MSSP services, they are very responsive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Assisting us in leveraging our SIEM is very beneficial to us.
