We have had a very positive experience with eSentire
What do you like best about the product?
I like the responsiveness of the Support Team, especially our assigned customer support Team. They are always quick to respond and assist.
What do you dislike about the product?
All the different portals that you have to login and the MFA reset process of each. eSentire should build a single point to login with access to the other service portals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is providing JK if the software version tracking of our devices and endpoint monitoring and alerting.

What do you like best about the product?
The Soc is available over the phone for immediate assistance, no IVR system, directly a person picks the phone.
They are a rounded solution provider for security requirements.

What do you dislike about the product?
It might be our package but we would like a basic level of consulting to be included with the base package. They do help with generic articles about the topic but it would be nice to have a personalized input customized to our situation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They handle the observation of security signals and evaluate concerns before escalating them to our team. That is very convenient to have.

Set it and forget it
What do you like best about the product?
Knowing that our network and endpoints are being monitored 24x7x365 - and that I can focus on other things until there is a real issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
Annual financials have been grim which means we have to spend extra time talking with your leaders - but so far that has worked out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
24x7 ability to detect AND disrupt malicious activity or isolate a host being attacked without our intervention. We no longer have to comb through alerts or worry about what is happening when we are not at our desks.
Great tools, better management & quick response time. Highly recommend.

The selection of tools, management, run books and quick response time against threats. Impressed with the services they deliver.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't had any bad experiences yet. Their deliverables are as per the SLAs. Great team.

eSentire is providing MDR services to detect malicious behavior & protect us from bad actors.

Quick and easy reporting of all security issues. Also quick response for incidents

Nothing. I don't really use it much. So I think its fine

What do you like best about the product?
Simple to use, runs in the background, ensure agency is safe from threats, reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish there was better reporting, but they are coming out with this feature soon.

Monitoring our endpoints through crowdstike and ingesting logs from O365 and Google Workspace
Great to have someone else monitoring security 24/7

It's a managed service so my team can focus on new projects and governance instead of reviewing all of the security alerts.

I honestly don't have any downside to using them.

Monitoring any threats and escalating them to us in real time.

Technical support is excellent, and the monthly TRU Intelligence Briefing.

No flexibility to manage common application management, such as access to ssh to cyclops, etc.

Suspicious emails, phishing, etc.
Excellent service with quick response times
What do you like best about the product?
eSentire keeps eyes on the network and environment 24/7, providing consistent alerts to activities where we can most appropriately direct our resources. This oversight allows us to focus our limited resources, save analyst time, and improve response time and capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
With the uncertainty of the DoD treatment of MSSPs under CMMC, there could be challenges leveraging some of eSentire's offerings in organizations with CMMC obligations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
eSentire helps significantly with managing detections and alerts in a diverse, dynamic environment. The tools, services, and skillsets they employ allow for comprehensive incident response.
Good Experience with eSentire
What do you like best about the product?
I like the professionalism of the SOC and their developed, standardized processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. It's been a good experience. Possibly the fact that they don't support a more variety of vendor products.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We run a fairly lean team and eSentire allows us to augment that team by leveraging their SOC.
