Does everything with a few hiccups
What do you like best about the product?
Endpoint Central provices an easy platform for managing our servers and workstations.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few drawbacks that I have run into with this software.
1 - No auto-update feature
2 - Strange permission issues when trying to do post processes with software deployments
3 - Agent tends to break when updating itself causing it to need to be reinstalled
4 - User permissions are not granular enough

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am not sure what ManageEngine is currently working on.
Helpful functions for a lot of challenges
What do you like best about the product?
Its cloudbased (one of our main requirements) and its working quite well. Fast interface, mostly easy to understand and use and a real fair pricing.
Some functions we maybe could also use in the future to replace current solutions.

What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to see at some points some improvements to UX when creating new packages to deploy. This was a bit unhandy in the first time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our main goal is to deploy software to our distributed client landscape and also deploy patches to operating systems and 3rd-party applications
Its gonna save us time as until now we gonna need to install applications manual via remote tools.

Overall a very good system to deploy and manage PC's
What do you like best about the product?
Since its cloud based its very helpful to be able to manage machines that are outside of the corporate network. OS Deployment has improved a lot; very fast to image machines.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pushing out packages can be inconsistent. Would be easier if you can simply select which configurations (or tie them to a profile) to install during the OS Deployment. Rather than all or nothing type scenarios, during deployment you select model of laptop, configurations and then users and customizations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing PC's whether its pushing out updates, inventory or remotely troubleshooting an issue on a machine

Security and Compliance - It may include MDM capabilities for managing and securing mobile devices within the organization (Especially: MAC)

What do you dislike about the product?
Complexity and Learning Curve: Some users have found the platform to have a steeper learning curve, particularly for less experienced IT administrators or those new to endpoint management solutions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping endpoints up to date with the latest software patches and security updates is critical for protecting against vulnerabilities and cyber threats. Endpoint Central automates the patch deployment process, enhancing the security posture of the organization.
ManageEngine - The life saviour
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and comforatable to operate. More over it provides the best service with no bugs like any other product. It is good to have a product that understands the user's needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing much to dislike. Mostly everything is in good shape in the product. Apart from that, maybe a few more API integrations can be brought for easy of integration with other products.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used Manage Engine for our IT Infrastructure needs. It provided proper security and the ease of use for users. It helped us to prevent cyber attacks and keep the organization secure.

What do you like best about the product?
I really the functionaliy of patching the systems, running audit reports on the systems, install software and configure them dynamically. I also really the each single detail about the level of customization it provides.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think this prodcut can be imporved more about setting dynamic groups, for e.g. Crtieria for Dynamic groups can include more options based on the Softwate installed.
Also, when installing certain software it specifies the version which I think can be grouped into one group. For example, when we try to install google chrome, it'll straight away ask about the version, In my opinion it should first include the Software selection, then show the version.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're managing Endpoint Central for MDM and Patch management. It is very good at it but these things can be improved by finetuning the agents and my producitvity and business performance has definitely increased with usage of EndPoint Central
Reliable patch management and remote desktop support
What do you like best about the product?
I can always count on Manage Engine even when my other primary remote desktop methods do not work.
What do you dislike about the product?
The premium products are very expensive for a small non-profit utility like ourselves. The prices are tailored for large companies it seems.

Reliable patch management and security vulnerabilities reports.
Product Evaluation
What do you like best about the product?
ManageEnging provides pretty good documentation for implementing their products and have knowledgable tecnicians that can provide workarounds to certain product limitations.
What do you dislike about the product?
ManageEngine does not yet fully have the ability to group sync users or groups from certain directory service providers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing a secure option to managing our devices.
Great product for patch management on third party apps
What do you like best about the product?
Realatively ease to use with little to no instruction.
What do you dislike about the product?
My primary complaint with Endpoint central is the support. I typically find it hard to understand the tech and many times have to communicate over text.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Patching third party apps that WSUS/Intune don't have available are great benefits in regards to security landscape.
Excellent customer service and support
What do you like best about the product?
Very feature rich. Support and customer service are quick and very helpful. Easy to setup and TONS of documents to assist and walk through setup and use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Missing a few basic features, but they have a reequest system and work to add which is nice. Dont like how some settings for a feature are on a different page to configure them.

Ability to easily allow users to install software without being an admin. Patch and threat management with easy ways to remediate and resolve issues.
