Easy to onboard and manage endpoints
What do you like best about the product?
- easy to manage endpoints such as computers or servers
- great vulnerability and patch management capability
- automates simple manual activities in a 'set and forget' way

What do you dislike about the product?
- Agents on computers only check-in once every 90 minutes which is not ideal when trying to deploy critical vulnerability fixes
- Setting up computers to check-in from outside the network is not clear

Vulnerability management and visibility of our patch levels
Cost effective, easy to implement solution compared to competitiors.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to setup, use and implement on servers and workstations. Found patching to be a breeze and super simple to make packages. Pricing was fare and the reports on vulneribilites make it easy to see which machines need some work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an option for doing N minus 1 for patching and reporting. It always wants you to be on the latest patch and if you turn off supersede then it makes it look worse than it is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Patching is always an issue. EPC makes it easy to patch servers even if the interface is a bit clunky at times. It is a much better solution than what Microsoft offers.

Software Deployement and self security not well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its very helpful to remidiate the vulnarbilties of your systems, and the best path management software.
Managing comapany's assets
What do you like best about the product?
It helps you to accomplish lots of different management tasks inside your infrastructure, including patching, inventory, seucirty, and remote assistance. In addition the support is very effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has some major bugs that affect the overall usability of the product and lacks some basic functionality. For example, it would be very useful to be able to track the percentage of completion of a deplyed configuration, instead of just seeing "yet to apply"
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me easily manage complex infrastructure by centralizing and automating the management of daily activities.
Solid system for remote device management
What do you like best about the product?
Remote connection for screensharing and remote command prompt access.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface can be clunky at times but has improved over the years.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it primarily for remote access to troubleshoot issues in field computers. It allows admin level access unlike Quick Assist.
Great insight into the endpoint environment
What do you like best about the product?
We get great information on the software and systems in our environment. It is also a great tool to install, uninstall software in a centralized fashion. Great inisght into the software environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
The agent isn't as stable as we would like. Connectivity and access to remote control is great but we have certain circumstances where the agent is that usable. We would also like to see an easy way to globally search our environment for specific files.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Detailed information about software in our endpoint environment as well as great tools to automate software installs, updates, and uninstalls. The self service portal is also a great way to do stand alone install.s

Easy & logical. Seems to work well. Easy to update.

Sometimes hard to understand helpline. Agent stops installing sometimes

What do you like best about the product?
Patch management, remote control, inventory, etc. which is helping me very much to manage end point devices. More over its repoting features are fantastic.

ypu guys should provide OS deployment as free with our enterprise edition.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly inventory management and patch management which reduces my efforts and time to manage endpoints
Complete Endpoint Mgmt Solution
What do you like best about the product?
Solid Endpoint Management, Able to push a configuration, and software is really helpful
What do you dislike about the product?
The patches are released very often. The patch process seems to be outdated and can be made better

Having the ability to remote access the endpoints, t-shoot remotely, configure remotely and good reporting.

It is great at patching my systems, allowing me to remote in and troubleshoot client computers, and allowing my team to connect to remote devices.
