Amazing!
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Survey Sparrow is ease of use. You can achieve so much more by just doing the minimum.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's no such downsides or a thing which I disliked so far.

Using it for my marketing team.
Switched from Survey Monkey
What do you like best about the product?
I don't use online surveys all that often, and I was looking for something comparable to Survey Monkey that I didn't have to commit to an entire 12-month subscription. SurveySparrow was more than comparable, I liked the ease of creating surveys and the way that it integrated with my other applications. I also only had to commit to a 3-month subscription, though I think after this three months I will keep it going!
What do you dislike about the product?
I signed up for a paid subscription just a few days after starting my free trial. However, I continued to get emails encouraging me to sign up for a paid subscription. I think there could be a better process for flagging and removing people who have bought a subscription from the list of people on the free-trial, so that we don't get unnecessary emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use SurveySparrow mostly for client feedback on virtual programs. It has been easy and has integrated into my other applications nicely.

Survey Sparrow has great customer support.

I have not come across anything groundbreaking from other survey groups.

We are solving scheduling problems within our helath care institution. We have realized benefits when it comes to distrubuting the data .

Arguably One of The Best
What do you like best about the product?
I love the UI, UX, and features of SurveySparrow, as well as their customer support team.
The UI and UX are extremely polished, very similar experience to SurveyMonkey's overall style and the features they offer are second to none...for a price.
Any time I have had any requests, the support team has offered to have a Zoom call with me to sort out any issues and ensure that I'm well taken care of, it's like a white glove service - it's awesome.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike are that certain features/modules of the form building experience are gated behind their highest plans, making things a bit more costly if you need that functionality - it would sometimes be 'cheaper' to use a solution exclusive for that functionality, like NPS. That is my only gripe, but I understand it's just basic business practices. My recommendation would just be to make sure that the tier you need is comfortable for your use.

Nothing so far. I have not found anything yet to have an issue with.

Solving problems such as employee/department pros and cons. The surveys make it so that we can find what departments are doing great and not so great at per the opinions of our company.

I just don't like the rewards after completing the surveys.

I recommend using Survey Sparrow to all the companies that are looking for a new experience.
It is fairly easy to use and navigate. Simplicity and effectiveness are its main attributes.
