Report Builder Shines, Teams Structure Lacking

What do you like best about the product?
The best feature in Ops Hub is the custom report builder
What do you dislike about the product?
When you move a team member to a new team, their old data is moved to their new team, when you rely on teams feature for custom reporting
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ops Hub helps reporting be less manual and pulls everything into the same spot

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use in creating workflows is a big upside. The interface does a good job of walking you through a workflow from start to finish.
What do you dislike about the product?
My main gripes about operations hub is the limitations within the workflows themselves. A lot of our workflows can be extremely complex with dozens of paths and branches. Unfortunately HubSpot doesn’t operate with a parallel function for paths and the go to action function is fine but very time consuming.

If workflows had a bit more conditional logic uses I think it could be much more user friendly.


Also a better interface for custom coded triggers would be fantastic
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to create powerful and specific workflows as well as visualize our data in reports and dashboards

What do you like best about the product?
The abbility to connect external sources so we can get rid of the siloes without the need of investing in our development resources
What do you dislike about the product?
It's unfortunate that their is no API available yet or the possibility to connect external databases (like PostgreSQL or MongoDB).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving currently bad data and streamlines the data for the sales and marketing teams to be used.

What do you like best about the product?
Operations Hub has become a critical part of our RevOps stack. The programmable automation and data quality tools save countless hours by removing manual clean up and letting us tailor processes to our GTM needs. Ops Hub has become a daily tool across our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve can be steep for more advanced features, like coded actions and documentation could go deeper in places.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Ops Hub we spent too much time cleaning data and dealing with broken processes.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to understand and real time analytics
What do you dislike about the product?
Could have more data cleaning features (which will come soon with data hub), and also its very pricy. I work in an agency and about 5% of my clients have it, the rest want it but are not willing to pay (maybe with data hub they’ll see the value?)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Moslty contact duplicates (i want to use it in deals as well!)
