What do you like best about the product?
This tool has been excellent at consolidating our customer data from multiple sources and ensuring it is clean. Its deduplication, transformation, and syncing features have made it much simpler to maintain accurate CRM data for all our clients. By removing the need for extensive manual data cleanup, it saves us a great deal of time and ensures that our sales, marketing, and reporting teams always rely on a single, reliable source of truth.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I wish were different about HubSpot Data Hub is that some of the more advanced transformations still require technical workarounds, and processing large datasets can be slower than expected. The sync limits based on plan tiers can feel somewhat restrictive, and I have noticed that certain data mapping or automation steps are more straightforward in other tools right from the start.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Data Hub is tackling the problem of messy, disorganized CRM data by streamlining the process of transferring records from form submissions and other sources. This helps me ensure that our customer profiles remain accurate and reduces the amount of manual data cleanup I have to do. It also guarantees that all our teams are working with the same clean, high-quality data, which is essential for effective reporting, segmentation, and automation.

It significantly reduces manual work, data inconsistencies, and reliance on custom scripts, while staying fully embedded in the HubSpot ecosystem.

While HubSpot Data Hub is very powerful, some advanced use cases still require a learning curve, especially when configuring complex data models or multi-object relationships. Additionally, pricing can become a consideration as data volume and sync needs grow, and a few integrations would benefit from more granular control or customization options. That said, these are trade-offs of a robust, evolving platform rather than fundamental limitations.

Ability to build custom code in the workflows to be able to save cost on vendors. Easy coding with GPT to be able to implement quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of native tools for deduplication, Hate having to go one by one in the duplicates. This should be native for ease of use

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is really amazing, its perfect platform for marketing and sales management, also with data management . I really like how HubSpot Data hub brings all customer and sales data into one place. I can see every client interaction from emails to call and get a complete view of the relationships. the data syncing between different tools is smooth and it keeps our CRM clean and updated automatically. the dashboards are also very useful to track client activity, deal progress and follow ups without switching between multiple tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
its really easy to use , the initial setup and field mapping can be confusing, especially multiple data sources. also the data sync speed could be a bit faster when handling large volumes of customer records.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
i am using it from last 6 months, and it solved the problem of scattered client data. Earlier, i had to check different tools and spreadsheets to get a full picture of a customer account. now everything conversations, pipeline status and support history is automatically linked and visible in one dashboard. this help me respond faster , maintain stronger relationships and close renewals more efficiently. and it has made my daily work much easier by keeping all customer data centralized and accurate. it save time, reduces manual work and gives me the clarity i need to change multiple accounts effectively. its a must have for any team that depends on customer relationships and data driven follow ups.

I really like how well-organized the platform is. Even as a non-technical user, I can connect data sources, clean the information, and visualize it without needing constant IT help. I also appreciate that HubSpot keeps improving the interface—every update feels designed to save time rather than add complexity.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s a slight learning curve when setting up the first integrations, especially if your data structure isn’t already well-defined. Some of the advanced analytics features could be more customizable, and occasionally the sync takes longer than expected when multiple apps are connected.
