Best tool to get more responses and engagement
What do you like best about the product?
being able to create a demo in less than 5 minutes. Duplicating and smart editing allows us to tailor demos to prospects easily. Our clients love it.

So far it supports everything we need, no complains.

What do you like best about the product?
it's easy to use and set up demos. Adding personalization tokens lets us personalize email campaigns to our prospects, resulting in higher engagement and reply rates.

Nothing major, would be great to customize images based on domain

What do you like best about the product?
It is EXTREMELY easy to use. I'm used to other interactive demo tools and I was very surprised at how easy it is to capture screens and assemble a demo in Storylane. The implementation was very simple and we quickly started using it and in a few hours, we had our first demo ready to go.
The AI features, particularly the AI voice over, are also very handy and provide flexibility when you need a video-- it's been very helpful, especially for mobile versions.

The analytics could provide more details and compare timeframes to better understand performance over time.

We needed a simple way to showcase our product other than producing new videos every time.
Quick & User Friendly! Build interactive demo's in minutes
What do you like best about the product?
It's baffling how easy and fast it was to set up our first interactive demo's. I literally had my first demo's live within 2 days and got them embedded on our website. Next to marketing, Storylane became a powerhouse of a tool for our sales department as well.
By creating custom demo's for some of our Enterprise prospects, our sales team is able to show our prospects what our platform could look like in the prospect's branding/theming. The Account Reveal feature is also loved by our sales team to see who is interacting with the demo's on our website!

What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, it's possible to add a video to your interactive demo but miss some additional options to add a tooltip/modal on the video too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're now able to show our platform to potential prospects/website visitors without them having to schedule a meeting with Sales. Saves a lot of time and we see an increase in quality of leads.

What do you like best about the product?
It has been very quick and easy to create tutorials for our new features. Before that, we asked developers to build guided tutorials, which were expensive to create, maintain, and eventually remove. Now it's the product team that creates them.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to have general metrics for the tutorials, currently you can download all the data and do it on your own, but it would be nice to already have it from the interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Save development team time in making/maintaining/deleting guided demos; since with storylane the product team can do them directly
Great tool to scale your demos
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy and intuitive to use. Create your demos and track their performance using the Analytics feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
It may capture more screens than needed, so cleaning the demos may be boring.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer can understand our products on their own pace and time without human interaction. If more is needed, they can always book a live demo.
Easy to use tool for embedded product demos
What do you like best about the product?
Storylane's platform is really intuitive and I got the first version of the demo up and running in a matter of minutes. The platform is constantly evolving and this offer more and more opportunities of making the experience even better.
What do you dislike about the product?
The analytics part could be more intuitive for the administrator to make better calls on what to improve in the demo experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a product that is hard to showcase to users (sending messages). Product demos allow users to jump into the action and showcase how everything actually works like. Adding Storylane is helping us do it in a way where we didn't have to put in developer hours into implementation.
Easy to use for product tutorials
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use tool that allows us to quickly create product tutorials. We only use basic functionality at the moment but it looks like there's much more we could do with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would love to get clearer insights into which of our customers engage with the Tutorials we create and get that data into Planhat, so we can get a better understanding of how we're creating value for our customers.

Enhancing user experience for existing customers, providing a quick and easy way to upskill on specific features, ultimately influencing adoption of our tool.
