Excited to get started with Storylane!

What do you like best about the product?
We just wrapped our first implementation call with Storylane, and I’m already blown away. The onboarding was seamless, the team was incredibly helpful, and the platform is so intuitive. I’ve used other demo tools before, but Storylane’s AI features are in a league of their own.

From smart annotations to auto-generated step descriptions, the AI dramatically reduces the time it takes to create polished, engaging product walkthroughs. The ability to spin up demos quickly without needing to loop in design or engineering is going to be a game-changer for our team. This is miles above where the product was just a few months ago when only screenshots were available as an option!

Can’t wait to get our first few Storylane demos live and improve our inbound lead pipeline!
I also love that they have a startup offer so it fits in my marketing budget. :)
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing yet- I'll update as I go along! So far everything has been pretty intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to experience the platform on-demand in an interactive way
Form fills take time and people are wary of them- this is a much more engaging way to cultivate leads.

What do you like best about the product?
We use it as a post-demo asset mainly. This allows our champion to share with other stakeholders to get them to another meeting OR get their buy-in without meeting with us. We had a senior level stakeholder sign off on Ambition without actually meeting with us -- because she reviewed Storylane. It's incredible for explaining use cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
No real complaints. It has been easy to setup, easy to send to prospects, easy to track engagement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Buyers want to meet with sales less and less. Now, with Storylane, we can educate them prior to a meeting or create buy-in without actually meeting them.

What do you like best about the product?
It shows high intent. Our product is really robust and a free trial is great, but an interactive demo helps you showcase the product better without requiring the prospect to do things in a free trial. Storylane is intuitive and easy to use. And I like that I can make as many demos as I want/have time for.
What do you dislike about the product?
I know I need to learn what I'm not using. I use the same basic functionality every time. But, it works. And it helps a ton with finding high intent prospects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating a better experience than a free trial for prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
interactive demos are super easy to create, and we see high engagement from our customers. Love the voiceover feature.

nothing that I dislike as of now. Once you get familiar with the platform, it's straightforward

What do you like best about the product?
Storylane is a great tool all around. Its extremely user friendly and makes creating content a breeze. I've used Storylane to create training resources for internal and external use. Overall, I highly recommend this tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything that I dislike about Storylane. Everything is great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its allowing me to create content that I can send to customers that doesn't require a person to explain. Another thing I really like is that when users go through the Storylanes I've created, it gives them something that they can go through at their own pace. It also allows them to go back if they missed something. It alleviates a lot of back and forth when customers have questions.

What do you like best about the product?
Storylane saves us a lot of time creating educational content, and seems that customers love it. Nishath from their support team was very kind and responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had a few minor issues, but with the help of their support managed to solve them fast.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Educating and converting website visitors, sending promotions to existing base.

What do you like best about the product?
We use Storylane to educate our buyers about our offerings and see great CTR. It's easy to set up and track analytics. Fairly affordable.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike yet. They have all features we need at this point.

What do you like best about the product?
As a CSM I really enjoyed build demos for clients that didn't require hours of customization on my end. I was able to quickly overlay tutorials on our own software, and collaborate with colleagues to develop learning resources for scalable support to diverse client personas.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was hoping for Storylane to be easily embedded directly in support widgets, but I am a newer user that is still exploring.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick ways to help clients navigate our platform without spending hours creating complex tutorials.

What do you like best about the product?
It's intuitive to use and a great alternative to video demos as they can be easily updated and republished. The onboarding and help we've received has been excellent (A huge thanks to Efma-Jackson for this!)
What do you dislike about the product?
The embed/overlay options are a bit tricky to navigate but I think they're working on improving these.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storylane provides an easy way for us to demo our product and walk prospects and customers through our AI analytics platform ASK BOSCO®.

What do you like best about the product?
Storylane has been a game changer for us in sharing information at scale. What used to require time-consuming one-to-one sessions can now be delivered in a way that’s not only more efficient but also far more engaging.

What I really appreciate is how easy it is to update our walkthroughs whenever there’s a change to our software or UI—keeping everything current without a heavy lift.

Their team is also incredibly responsive to questions, and I get the strong sense they’re open to feedback and genuinely interested in tailoring the platform to meet the specific needs of our organization.
What do you dislike about the product?

Feature Requests for Storylane:

Slide Timing Flexibility
Allow individual slide timing customization, rather than applying a universal duration across the entire walkthrough.

'Next' Button Display Control
Add the ability to delay the appearance of the 'Next' button until after the audio or commentary has finished playing. This helps ensure viewers don't skip ahead before important context is delivered.

Multiple Tooltips per Slide
Enable support for more than one tooltip or bubble per slide, with options to:

Introduce delays between each tooltip,

Automatically disappear after the associated audio or text is read.

Improved File & Folder Organization
Enhance the content management experience with features such as:

Hierarchical folder structures,

Custom tags for easier filtering and sorting.
