Visually Stunning, Customer-Resonant Analytics That’s Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
it is incredibly visually appealing, has easy to use analytics, and resonates beautifully with customers

Not a ton of dislikes, further ai capabilities would be cool to see

Carefully articulating the value of the product without showing all of the product. it creates enough interest to pique interest.

- Its not able to integrate with other applications like Microsoft tools

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Storylane made it easier for the team here to build contextual demos and share it online/ offline with customers and prospects

Effortless interactive demos with Storylane
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how Storylane can capture an entire webpage and turn it into an intuitive, interactive demo with very little manual effort. It makes it simple to showcase real product experiences, which is especially helpful for onboarding new users and for supporting sales conversations.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside I’ve noticed is that customization can be limiting at times. The edit mode often replaces the entire web block, and there isn’t much flexibility to add custom blocks. To include elements like videos or images, I have to overwrite existing sections, which makes editing less intuitive than it could be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my team, Storylane helps solve the challenge of creating engaging, interactive demos for sales, presentations, and events without requiring heavy manual setup. It allows us to showcase product experiences more effectively, making demos more impactful and consistent. More recently, we’ve also used it to build onboarding demos for new users, which helps simplify the learning curve and improves overall user adoption.
Turning User Interactions into Smart, Editable Content in Seconds
What do you like best about the product?
I really like several aspects of the app. First and foremost, how quickly it enables you to create meaningful material.
The recordings demonstrate an impressive level of intelligence in understanding the context of the app, generating highly relevant comments and labels based on that context. Editing them is also extremely simple and intuitive.
Another feature that really stands out to me is the automatic zoom/focus on human interaction within the app. It does a great job of highlighting what actually matters.

What do you dislike about the product?
The app isn’t able to distinguish between selecting different options, for example, from a dropdown list. It treats each option as a separate feature, instead of recognizing them as different options within a single feature.

Easy to Use Without Feeling Overly Technical

What I like best is how easy it is to use and it does not feel overly technical.

One thing I don't love is that it can feel a bit restrictive once you try to go beyond the basics. Great for quick demos but if you want something really customized you run into limits pretty quickly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storylane is solving the problem of how difficult it is to show a product in a clear and engaging way. Typically I have to jump into a live call or sending screenshots that the client has a hard time following, and also takes a lot of time. Instead I can create an interactive demo that people can click through on their own and guide them through the process.

Easy to build customizable walk-throughs for prospects.

Need better AI Capabilities to help turn it into a "choose your own adventure" as people are clicking through.

Bringing quick visibility to the problems we are solving.
Customer Education Intuitive Walkthrough Creation Tool
What do you like best about the product?
It's an efficient way for our Customer Education team to quickly capture, edit, and publish walkthroughs for our product. The UI is intuitive and easy to navigate. Storylane allows us to offer more dynamic training. I also appreciate the AI voiceover options making our content more accessible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unable to use the blur feature with video in a screen recorded demos, and I wish I could move the button location on a few of the guide options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customers want to be able to experience our product before even knowing how to navigate. Storylane not only allows our Sales team to demo the product, but our Customer Education team to help existing customers navigate product updates or to practice using new features.

What do you like best about the product?
It’s easy to use to create engaging demos and tutorials.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could upload a screen recording and it would create screenshots like the browser extension does.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it faster and easier to create effective educational videos.

I tested multiple demo tools before landing on Storylane, and the decision was easy. It's by far the most intuitive platform.

It's a bit glitchy at times when putting toghether the demo.
