Time-Saving Step Formulation Makes Workflow Effortless
What do you like best about the product?
It formulates steps based on what you click, which helps you save time thinking about the steps.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's very limited when it comes to free accounts. One video or 8 slides per account. Would prefer two or 3 videos, get me going so i can sign up.

Helps to create tutorials for sharing with friends, trainees, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Storylane has completely transformed the way we deliver interactive product demos. It’s intuitive, easy to set up, and requires minimal technical expertise to build professional, customer-ready experiences. The platform is extremely user-friendly, with smooth integrations and excellent customization options that make our demos engaging and scalable. The support team is responsive and genuinely cares about customer success.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s very little to dislike — if anything, I’d say that more advanced analytics or deeper native integrations would make an already great product even stronger. However, the team is constantly improving the platform, so this is a minor gap that’s being addressed quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storylane is solving the challenge of creating and scaling personalized, interactive product demos without needing heavy technical or design resources. Previously, building tailored demos for prospects required engineering support or time-consuming manual work. With Storylane, I can quickly build and customize guided demos that feel live, improving both internal efficiency and the buyer experience. This has benefited us by dramatically reducing demo creation time, increasing engagement in our sales cycles, and enabling consistent storytelling across teams. It’s made our demo automation process faster, more flexible, and ultimately more impactful in driving conversions.

Nothing. The product works as I expected to do. The support team is great.

Being able to demonstrates things on the fly that would typically take a bit longer to set up pre demo.
Super Easy Setup, Perfect for On-Site Demos
What do you like best about the product?
Storylane makes setting up and recording demos super easy for us, especially considering that my startup team is quite small. The ease with which we can create these demos is crucial for our productivity. Storylane allows users to experience demos at their own pace, which is much more effective than a video demo. The editing process is incredibly straightforward, which is fantastic for us because our user interface changes frequently.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the way Storylane captures screens can sometimes mess up the appearance, and it's not easy to fix. While manageable with the don't expand feature, it's not a perfect experience. Additionally, the tracking feature is just okay and could use improvements. Ideally, it would be perfect tracking, but I understand that might not be realistic.

I use Storylane to provide self-paced product demos on my website, simplifying demo creation with easy setup and in-place editing, crucial for our fast-evolving product UI.

- Not all parameters are yet supported in the templates, hence the need for occasional manual adjustments.

Storylane is so easy to use and makes it simple to creating a learning path for our customers. It is intuitive, fast, and overall an incredible product that helps me teach others about our platform.
