Good Enterprise Architecture but needs to work in user interface

What do you like best about the product?
I used MEGA Hopex for 5 years from v3 to v5 cP3, there is a lot on improvement in the functionalities and capabilities but needs to work in the user interface , some how not user friendly hope they enhance the interface in the next release
Also the good thing they have now connecting mega with Chatgpt

What do you dislike about the product?
User enterface and using arabic language with my clients was the main pain when using mega , also the learning materials not enough in the internet hope they work in it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mapping all enterprise architectures and the customization was so easy to implement.

What do you like best about the product?
It fills me with confidence to have a company with a lot of knowledge in the area, which provides quite good support that helps us anywhere to use its wide flexibility to guarantee the achievement of all the goals set. Without a doubt, it is one of the most complete platforms on the market, with powerful tools that integrate our departments in an exceptional way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hopex tends to be very complex and time consuming to learn to configure desktops efficiently, so it would be very useful if they could be configured in a simpler way; and thus have this great tool in shorter periods of time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a product that has benefited us a lot in our organization, from when we went to their consultancies to the final product of the software, everything has been profit and profit. We have not detached ourselves from this platform since we used it and I have not gotten anything better on the market in the EA area.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is very important that Hopex can develop its full potential within the company so that, in turn, your company can give its full potential, which is why it is necessary to invest the necessary resources so that its execution is done correctly and without inconvenience. . It is also very important to be clear about the goals you want to achieve in order to develop the maximum possible potential in shorter periods of time.

What do you like best about the product?
Very little. I guess there is value in the ability to capture meta data about our software installs, Granted we only use the application inventory module, and I understand that there are additional capabilities that we do not use. Maybe it would be better if we used a more complete feature set but as our installation goes. Is is basically a glorified spreadsheet. We do utilize the BDNA integration, so I guess that's good.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is very slow and clunky. It takes me several minutes just to do what would take me 2-3 seconds in Excel.
