All-in-One Expense Management That Streamlines Time and Budget Tracking

What do you like best about the product?
The all-in-one app allows for expenses to be classed, payments to be made to vendors and contractors, the ease of reimbursements to staff, and the travel portal. Customer support has also been excellent when needed. It has streamlined my use of time for handling our expenses and monitoring our expenses to the budget. I check it daily and it has cut down on my time dealing with administrative tasks greatly. Additionally, the staff find it easy and intuitive to use so our training for the classification of expenses is smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, it serves its purpose without any major detraction.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing my staff to easily monitor their expenditures and free up time on the admin side to ensure our expenses are properly classed for Quickbooks.

Simplified Receipt Management, Quick Setup

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use of Ramp and that it's kind of foolproof. It helps me see what I'm doing and correct any issues if I happen to click or put something in the wrong place. This ease of use provides less room for errors, which gives me confidence in the work I'm producing and sending to my bosses. Once we got the hang of it, the setup was very simple and easy. It's quick to replicate settings from our initial parent instance to the child instances, just by mirroring prior settings. I also appreciate how the receipts come directly to my email and Ramp automatically matches them, which means I don't have to use a third party to download and upload them, making the process faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
Finding where certain things are at times is a bit tricky. I have to do a lot of clicking around, even though I know there's a question box I can type things into. I also had an experience where I asked a question to the help desk, and although they got back to me quickly, they unfortunately couldn't answer my follow-up question.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp speeds up receipt processing, matching them directly to my email, eliminating the need for third-party downloads.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Ramp automatically matches receipts, which saves me time from not coding things manually every month. I can set up rules, and it integrates with QuickBooks Online, making it very clean and easy to use. It also simplifies the expense coding process and I find it very easy to set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that bills entered into QuickBooks online could be pushed over into Ramp automatically. I don't have all my vendors connected to Ramp because I don't need them all there. So that would be a feature I would like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Ramp for bill pay, automatically managing recurring bills monthly, and writing checks remotely. It saves time with automatic receipt matching and simplifies the expense coding process, especially integrating with QuickBooks Online.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Ramp for easily tracking and categorizing business expenses. I like that I can text or email receipts and it will automatically match to transactions on my company card. This feature makes managing expenses so much more efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how Ramp makes my work life easier. It's pretty nice that I don't have to do much with receipts because the app takes care of it for me. When I'm at a work site and can't send my receipt because I'm busy, Ramp does it for me without needing me to take a picture or categorize the expenses. It's cool how it operates on its own and takes that burden off my shoulders. This is especially helpful for all the employees in the company. Setting it up was easy too, just a quick login and everything connected pretty fast. I also mentioned that I've never used another app like this, so I'm loyal to it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing about this app I dislike. It’s a well rounded app making peoples work life easier!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp automates receipt management and categorizes expenses, making it easier for me and all employees by not needing to manually handle receipts at the work site.

What do you like best about the product?
Very intuitive software. We initially started using it for credit card expenses and later expanded its use to reimbursements and bill management features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because we use QuickBooks Desktop, we’ve encountered some issues. However, that’s understandable since Ramp was designed primarily for online accounting systems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Credit card expense management.
Three-way approval process for credit cards and bills.
Easy search and retrieval of invoice and receipt copies.
Simple process for cardholders and vendors to upload receipts and bills.
Faster and accurate data entry into QuickBooks.
Faster communication with Vendor side.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Ramp for expense processing, credit card processing, and AP processing. I like the separation of duties feature which is crucial for our audits as a nonprofit, since it helps us prove appropriate oversight during our yearly audit. The integration with QuickBooks Online is seamless, and I found the initial setup to be very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free subscription is limited and it would be great to include more of the advanced features in the free version.

Ramp helps us with a remote system and standardizing processes to maintain proper controls. I use it for expense, credit card, and AP processing.

What do you like best about the product?
Ramp makes logging receipts and coding transactions very quick and easy
What do you dislike about the product?
Ramp is not consistent, and waiting 5 days to pay off a low credit card balance is very hard to use reliably.

Ramp saves a lot of time with coding and organizing purchases and bank transactions.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Ramp for tracking company purchases, and what I like most is its simplicity. It helps link receipts to specific purchases and accounts, which is incredibly useful. I also find the account linking to physical card capabilities to be valuable. The initial setup was simpler than I thought, with no struggle at all.
