Switching to Ramp was the BEST decision!
What do you like best about the product?
Ramps saves me hours a week! The staff loves the ease of use, and I love that it holds them accountable for their purchasing decisions. It's the best app integration with QBO that I have used. Integration was seemless. Ramp really has thought of everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not one single thing that I dislike about Ramp.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has saved me hours a week. There's no hunting people down for receipts, checking emails, downloading receipts, uploading receipts into QB, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
We run a scaled tax prep firm – we constnatly get questions from clients about how to handle their receipts/transactions/bookkeeping. We love recmmending Ramp – it provides clients a clear divide (for what's business and personal) and allows us to collect receipts progrmaticfally without needing to bother them every few days. if it's in their inbox, we get it via Gmail. easy.
customer support / our partnerships team (shout out to Christian!) are super responsive and even set up a Slack channel for ust to discuss things with them ad hoc / as needed

What do you dislike about the product?
Wish they onboarded clients with less than $50k in cash balances. not all of our clients are there yet but would still love the software and cards for thier day to day transactions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
our clients for our tax prep firm Rivet (www.rivet.tax) require a corporate card solution and reimbursement solution for their entities that allows them to split expenses between their personal spend and corporate spend, we recommend Ramp wholeheartedly for that purpose. it saves us time from having to parse through their 100000 american experss or personal card transactions to split out what is work and what is personal
Our employees love the receipt capture and ease of use
What do you like best about the product?
The receipt capture is by far the best feature. Prior to Ramp, our employees had to keep up with the paper receipts. They would give receipts to an admin person who had to account for each one and enter them in the credit card portal. Often, the admin would have to guess what the charge was for. The old process also lacked an effective manager review/approval process and transparency.
Our employees ealso love the out-of-pocket reimbursement by ACH direct deposit. They are now paid within days rather than once a month.

What do you dislike about the product?
The Bill Pay feature lacks a way to claim vendor credits and doesn't batch invoices for a single payment. Each invoices is a separate payment. This creates more work for our Accounts Payable team and for our vendors when entering them into the business system.

Credit Card - Receipt tracking, and manager approvals. Reimbursement request approvals and ACH payments

The usability and the easy that it is to use the app

I don't have many major downsides, only thing i can think of is being able to set custom dates for when a card has its limit reset

Ramp is a powerful tool for expense management. Easy to use with tons of features.
What do you like best about the product?
Expense management/control. Easy to use. Customer support has been top notch. They respond almost immediately and work hard to find a solution for you. Ramp connects directly to Xero, our accounting software.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Ramp help desk is extensive for management/administration. But it lacks a good, simple guidebook for employees. We had to create our own.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We moved from a paper system for Bill Pay to all on line. We now have Bill Pay, cards (credit cards), and reimbursements all in one place with more accessibility.

What do you like best about the product?
Ramp is great. The interface is very userfriendly and the support staff is helpful when something comes up. We use it alot as a company and it helps manage a lot of transactions.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside to using ramp is when a vendor sends an invoice in a format other than in pdf format it does not get auto read into the draft bill section.

Ramp helps manage a lot of data and lots of vendors very simpliest.

User friendly application and program. Even our not so tech savvy employees are able to use it with ease! The instructions when you need help, are phenomenal and precise. Quick vids, easy answers. Love it!

The time it takes for our payments to reflect the balance is less desireable.

What do you like best about the product?
We love how Ramp allows unlimited virtual cards with the ability to have detailed restrictions. Ramp also makes it easy for the administrator to approve card requests with one click approvals emails that come to our inbox. Furthermore, Ramp integrates so smoothly with our accounting system, it made it easier for us to reconcile credit card spend compared to other credit card providers. We use Ramp daily for our company needs, especially in our Marketing team.
Not only that, Ramp's customer service has been so quick to respond and extremely helpful. We wanted to expand to using the employee reimbursement module and the transistion has been seamless.

What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't many downsides about Ramp. The only one I can think of is that the payables module wasn't able to scale for all our entities, so we had to find another provider.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp is helping us reconcile credit card statements with ease, due to their integration with our accounting software. Prior to Ramp, we had to manually download a csv file and upload it into our system. Ramp is saving us time, effort, and making our days better.
Great switch to Ramp from Brex and Melio
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp is always improving and has helped create more controls of our company's spend with the use of vendor cards, physical cards, virtual cards, and bill approvals. It's also helped us move towards more timely expense reimbursements for all employees vs. having to wait for the next payday. Overall, Ramp has been great - quick and helpful support when needed and always rolling out new features that further push efficiency for our team across the board.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one downfall is it is only a one-way sync (Ramp to Quickbooks Online) and not a two-way sync (where Quickbooks communicates back to Ramp as well). This would be incredibly helpful in our ability to further automate bill creations and more from our CRM (Hubspot) to Quickbooks to Ramp which would lessen any user input errors along with increasing efficiency, opening up more time for other tasks for our team.

Ramp is providing us better controls and visibility on our vendor spend with the use of vendor cards, as well as physical and virtual cards for non-recurring spend. Ramp has also helped us reimburse employee expenses in a more timely manner vs. incorporating into our payroll.
