Easiest corporate card to implement and manage spend
What do you like best about the product?
Quick and easy implementation. Great platform to review and approve spending. Interfaces well with the ERP system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Needs improvement on the employee expense platform.

It makes corporate card administration easy to manage
Easy and fast reconciling
What do you like best about the product?
That receipts and payments are matched almost immediately, and that it successfully integrates with Xero and my bank account.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it asks me to submit 2 receipts for same invoice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have to spend much time reconciling my payments.

The pragmatic approach to each of the accounting functions it accomplishes.

It doesn't have an AR option like it's competitors.

The ability to assign cards for each vendor. Sending in the invoices is a nice feature.

Each card has its own purpose and we can limit the amounts for each card

I love how simple it is to use. I love the oppotunites I have to send stuff around.

Nothing. I would maybe change the colors but I love ramp.

Ramp helps us control our spending and keeping all of our expensises in the same spot.
Intuitive and easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
I submit monthly expenses for a company wellness allowance. Ramp makes it super easy to upload receipts and duplicate previous requests to save time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike any aspect of Ramp. The platform is very easy to learn and use.

When I incur an expense, Ramp makes it easy to request reimbursement.

What do you like best about the product?
Ramp has made vendor expense tracking incredibly easy . Their virtual card system and their tech for matching receipts to charges is the best I've seen .

QBO linking is not as elegant as other integrations

Managing category spending
Ramp is critical for automated finance as you scale

Rpoerting is fantastic, approvals and integration to slack is really impressive

Sometimes Ramp notifications via slack can be missed which is not so good for approvals

Ramp is helping us as we scale into new cities ensuring we are managing our spend. In addition, Ramp acts as an expense software across the company ensuring we add due diligence to our expense management process. We also integrate Ramp with our stack and rely heavily on reporting.

What do you like best about the product?
Ramp is so user friendly and helps automate processes to save our team time! This is so much better than our old system and we can't say enough about it! We also love the 1.5% back which allows our money to go further. Join Ramp, you won't regret it! It was so easy to implement and the one time I had to reach out to customer support, they were incredibly helpful!

I wish our credit limit would increase faster.

Ramp is helping us minimize working on the financial side of our business and let us focus on what we want to!
AI Powered Organization and Segregation of Financial Duties
What do you like best about the product?
Wow. We were not nearly as organized as I thought we were until we started using Ramp. We now have documented approvals for Bill Pay and spending, plus our non-profit can have an account that is made for a small business like ours. The AI power behind the systems is incredible, and the integrations with other systems save us so much time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to share at this time... we are very happy.

Approval documentation and spending limits; we are a non-profit and the features in Ramp have simplified the process of making us more compliant.
