Worth the pain of switching! Or even better yet, don't start with anyone else.
What do you like best about the product?
The rewards, benefits, UI, is all seamless, with moments of joy:
1. Proactive ID of savings opportunities
2. Continued expansion of partnerships/discount ecosystem
3. Easy management of cards/limits/policies
4. Replaces Expensify
We've evaluated SVB, Chase, Brex, and Ramp, and although you could points/rewards maximize with multiple cards for different categories of spend, Ramp's straightforward simplicity just wins out once you're at a large enough size.

What do you dislike about the product?
There were some clunkiness around requests for receipts and roll-out across the team, but the account team really cares and makes sure you feel taken care of.
Brex has a bit more scale on the partnerships side, and specific travel cards have higher rewards, but as a whole, Ramp was our preferred option and something I recommend to other CEOs and leaders.

Most advantageous corporate card program. So far, it's been great.

What do you like best about the product?
We have been looking for a new credit card program for a while. We were looking for a great business partner, who can provide good reports about spendings, and they fit that description. In addition, they provide savings opportunities through backend analytics, which is a great advantage.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. Everything has been going great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to discover multiple charges to the same vendor, which provided for savings opportunities.

It' s now super easy to manage our expanses. Without Ramp, it was taking an incredible amount of time and effort.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of creating cards, understanding the rewards and a great customer service.
What do you dislike about the product?
The site could be a little more intuitive. Sometimes I have to search but this is not a big deal.

We are trying to manage expenses and allocate expenses to a particular person/department. its been great and it has saved our accounting team a lot of hours.

Sometimes the memos don't get linked to the transactions

Having the receipts on the site saves a lot of time in tracking down receipts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would like Ramp to integrate with Acumatica. Currently we can get a report to upload, but if they could fully integrate like they do with Quickbooks, that would be great.

None. The Ramp team has been great at taking feedback and adding to the offering. Latest example is the Slack integration

Ideal balance of useful perks & budget management tools
What do you like best about the product?
Better benefits than Brex (direct cash back instead of points)

Honestly, no complaints at this point. It's a sleek product with great support.

Business credit card and department budgeting solution.

What do you like best about the product?
Ramp has a super simple UI, and creating cards to make payments is very fast + quick. I have used the other competitive next-gen credit cards, and Ramp stuck the most. I usually think the "help save you money" insights are gimmicks, but Ramp actually did save us $2K from our Monday bill by correctly identifying how we can optimize. I love the team, super great customer success, and it's been my go-to card for everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really - I think it would be nice to get mobile notifications, but it's possible they have that feature and I haven't set it up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We specifically are able to monitor spending while still getting a great cashback rate, and our credit limit is never an issue whenever we have one sizable purchase out of the blue.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to manage users and portal. Seamless integration with Sage Intacct when no other credit card providers were offering one at the time. Has improved both visibility into user and departmental spend, as well as the efficiency around our credit card procedures as part of month end close.
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints so far, but we've only been using Ramp for a couple months.

Time. Integrating into ERP rather than exporting statement, manually coding and importing into system.

What do you like best about the product?
The user friendliness of the platform; the technology to match receipts and memos to transactions; the analytics available; the 1.5% cash back
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if there were an app for users to see their account details, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better visibility over spending - previously we were using American Express and only had one card for the Company, which made it harder to break the expenses out into different cost centers and categories.
