Insanely well made, flexible, and user-friendly - an absolute pleasure
What do you like best about the product?
Our folks can get receipts to Ramp via a wide variety of channels (email reply, email forward, text message, etc.), which means it works with everyone's workflows.
They can also easily pick cards and we can tailor cards to their specific use cases, which means that it's easier to empower teams and employees.
It integrates seamlessly with QBO.
It allows multiple roles, so our bookkeepers can have and manage their own views.
The ability to set up one-off cards for, for example, employee hardware payments, in a few short clicks - entirely tailoring the amount, payment lock off, etc.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing - I'm looking forward to Ramp taking its product development techniques to solve even more internal payment problems!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Employee / team payments / card access - dramatically democratizes who can pay for things, without requiring a lot of customization or management / Ops work
Invoice / bill / receipt collection - totally outsourced to Ramp, we never have to think about it
Payment integration with book keeping - fine-grained, user-friendly QBO integration is a pleasure, and our bookkeepers get their own Ramp roles which simplifies things massively
Ability to seamlessly create cards per-cost source with tailored limits - if I want a card that's just for dropbox, that's easy to create and customize to meet my dropbox billing needs

My take on Ramp
What do you like best about the product?
I like how fast transactions are and how efficient the system is.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a nitpick, but sometimes the receipts can't be read, resulting in multiple resubmissions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are reducing use of paper receipts, avoiding a huge mess. The result is a clean storage facility for online paid transactions.
Ramp is Rad!
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of forwarding receipts. It works like magic!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing yet. I enjoy what I have seen so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of submitting expenses
Ramp transaction
What do you like best about the product?
Simple text notifications and replying with a photo
What do you dislike about the product?
It did not work when I uploaded a photo and included a memo in the same message. It asked me again to resubmit my memo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ability to manage expenses and hold card users accountable for spending
The best corporate card product, hands-down
What do you like best about the product?
I've used a bunch of corporate cards in the past, and Ramp is the only one that actively makes my life easier. The cashback program is one of the best, and beats the competitors hands-down if you have relatively low travel spend (which is pretty much a given during the pandemic). The various expense management features help save a lot of time, and the receipt matching + reminder functionality makes collecting everything needed to close the books super easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having a native mobile app would be nice, but the web + text messaging experience work pretty well already.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp makes expense management 100x easier, and the Slack integration is something I didn't know we needed but now can't do without.
Best Corporate Card by Far
What do you like best about the product?
Receipt matching is great. Also, appreciate how easily you can sync with Quickbooks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some other cards have larger signup bonuses, but overtime probably makes more sense to just get 1.5% back
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I no longer have trouble syncing with Quickbooks. We don't need Concur or Expensify. We got a sizable credit limit without a personal guarantee.
Ramp is a great way to manage multiple credit cards and people!
What do you like best about the product?
That it's easy to manage multiple departments, locations and people, that I can easily switch accounts on and off, and that the interface is user-friendly. Oh - the cash back helps as well!
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I haven't had any negative experiences!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp is helping me manage my business with employees all over the country in a seamless and concise process.
Ramp is a time-saver!
What do you like best about the product?
It automatically matches receipts with a text or email and simplifies our record keeping. I don't have to spend as much time chasing down receipts, leaving more time to do my work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything I dislike about Ramp. It has been a great system for our non-profit organization and is intuitive for our staff. I'm thankful to have found Ramp.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to have a corporate card for our small business that was not personally guaranteed by a staff member. It has also expedited our process for tracking receipts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go for it!
Our entire company is up and running with it and everyone loves it
What do you like best about the product?
We are able to create virtual cards with plenty of controls and give them out to our employees. Ramp also has a way of matching receipts that you can send to them by email, so it takes almost no effort to document expenses. We have issued cards to a number of employees that previously did not have them, which allows them to work more autonomously.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far, we have been very happy!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing employees to have their own cards, tracking expenses more easily, getting breakdowns by employees and departments, expert controls of everything for our Controller.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is better than Brex or Amex corporate, we looked into both and talked to people using them at length.
Extremely easy corporate card and expense handling provider
What do you like best about the product?
The fact I can just forward emails with attached invoices or with the invoice in the body of the email and Ramp still is able to match every time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not dislike anything. The service is excellent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Expense accounting made easy.
