Ramp for the win!
What do you like best about the product?
So easy to use, process is seamless, don't have to worry about forgetting to submit a receipt because the system automatically requests and matches receipts with multiple submission options. Love it! The virtual cards make vendor and bill payment so much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be cool to have a mobile app to put all of this in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation and efficiency for all departments. We have saved a lot of time and money on accounting processes with Ramp.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very user-friendly to utilize the system, both from a user and admin standpoint, especially at a growing startup with a constantly expanding team. Ramp has given us greater insight into our spending trends, and the direct integration with Quickbooks helps streamline our month-end accounting processes. Their customer experience/support team is unparalleled, and they are incredibly quick to respond and provide solutions for any questions that arise.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ramp is a growing platform, so some features have not been fully developed yet. However, their team is very receptive to feedback and suggestions, and their monthly updates address a lot of repeated requests, and they continue to build out the platform!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We see increased insights into spending by department, spend category, employee, etc. These insights allow us to take a closer look at our budget on a monthly basis and make any adjustments in real-time.
Simple but powerful
What do you like best about the product?
This is a Visa-powered credit card which for those that shop at Costco, is a must for your business. The free version is more than enough for small businesses.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be slightly complicated for non-computer people.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick turnaround to issue cards and have them arrive. Managers can keep track and be responsible for their employees instead of just the finance department. Transactions can be split across multiple general ledger accounts.

Web app UX can be cleaned up, find myself clicking around looking for something.

Allowing us to split payments across the entire team and keep labeling on point. Also saved $1000+ with insights from Ramp/ relevant partnerships they secure.

RAMP listens to feedback and takes updates seriously. We close our books faster, no more expense reports!

What do you like best about the product?
The program is very quick and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see the transactions that have been processed on another tab as 'past transactions' and leave the current month open for the current transactions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp is a great time saver in putting everthing togehter and making sure every transactions is visual to the accounting team to alleviate transactions from being overlooked.

The thing I like best is probably the ease and time it saves our financial operations team.

Not much to complain about. Just looking forward to the additional features. We are eager to continue as a partner!

Quickly and easily attaining items for our operations. I get notifications when certain limits are hit without having to micromanage the transactions.

I handle the majority of expenses for my company and it used to take me all day to reconcile receipts. Not anymore.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The product development team is extremely engaged. I once submitted a request and within 48 hours they had me on a zoom meeting with 4 members of their team to talk through my situation and how they can improve my user experience.

Aesthetic & design, more predictive than Brex
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited functionality when it comes to customizing views (e.g., show Jan & Feb side by side by expense category) so still have to export to Excel
