Easy, intuitive expensing with helpful reminders to keep track of payments
What do you like best about the product?
I love the text/SMS and email reminders for filing receipts. Matching is almost instant which is helpful. Being able to match receipts with purchases in the moment helps to alleviate the long term burden of expensing and means you don't have to hold onto receipts for so long! It also provides a digital paper trail of expenses including the receipts themselves, which helps my own team to track our budget internally. There is a lot of visibility across administrators and when a receipt is missing it's there for all team members to be able to see and remind one another. I have found it is also easy to add team members and to adjust monthly spend limits when needed and the update is also nearly instantly reflected. The virtual card is useful especially when you're waiting for a new card to arrive in the mail (which also doesn't take long at all)!
What do you dislike about the product?
It is difficult to think of any negative aspect of using Ramp. But something that could be useful would be a notification feature for reminders when approaching one's spend limit. This would help with budgetary tracking and could prevent a situation of a card being declined before it happens.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can't think of anything more genius than corporate card payments, spend control, and budget tracking all wrapped up in one simple solution. I was recently surprised to learn about more benefits such as a cash-back feature and Ramp integration with Quickbooks as well as Zero, so I definitely look forward to delving deeper and maximizing my team's usage of Ramp.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would absolutely recommend Ramp to anyone, especially to startups looking for a simple solution that is quick to onboard. I think it's better than any other solution I've used because of its easy UI, useful integrations, and rapid receipt matching mechanism.
Great Company to Work With
What do you like best about the product?
-Accessibility of information
-Ease of communication with support team
-Ease of communication with support team
What do you dislike about the product?
More flexibility of roles i.e. ability to turn off/on certain restrictions for individual users rather than having everything role based.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating entry to our ERP system.
So easy and simple
What do you like best about the product?
The setup is so fast and easy. It includes just what is needed, no more and no less. Easy to invite employees and set up their cards. I love that employees can request a new card or limit increase easily and approval is fast and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is time-consuming to set up all the cards needed. The switching report they create makes it easier, but I still have to create every card and set the budgets. Then have to make the card changes with all the vendors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Difficult to track down receipts and from cardholders. Cardholders let someone on their team borrow a card for a quick purchase and forget who it was. This problem disappears with Ramp.
Hard to manage all of the vendors we are using and have visibility into spend, let alone control. With Ramp, we now have complete visibility and can easily see duplicate subscriptions or similar tools used by different teams.

Ramp is awesome. 10/10 Recommend.
What do you like best about the product?
Amazing product -- they ship fast and build stuff that we need. Great at listening to customer feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints. I hope they build an accounting platform soon so I can stop using the stuff currently out there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They handle our corporate card needs internationally.
One of the best business cards around
What do you like best about the product?
No personal guarantee is needed to use the card, flat 1.5% cashback, monthly float for points (unlike Brex), and solid support team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Low cashback compared to other apps, no mobile app, lack of vendor cards (can be done via virtual cards, so not a huge deal), and the clunkiness of mobile web.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking all corporate spend and expensing is much easier with Ramp than doing it by hand or via other cards, all while actually recieving cashback.
Couldn't be more convenient; great spend management solution for high-growth companies
What do you like best about the product?
Issuing new or virtual corporate cards for employees has really helped us optimize our spend policies. There's also something about being able to enable employees to buy what they need to be their most productive (especially as a remote-friendly company) without having to go through the hassle of filling out expense reports.
Interface is clean, simple to learn, and modern--all things that we really value as a team of do-it-all managers who are constantly switching between different software tools.
Customer support + enablement is also second-to-none. When we onboarded, we got a thorough set of Ramp training materials for both finance managers and employees.

What do you dislike about the product?
The default cadence/noisiness of notifications was a minor issue, but we appreciate the bias towards visibility and have been able to configure email + phone notifications pretty easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted a low-lift way to track, visualize, and set rules on expenses across the company. We use corporate cards for pretty much everything outside of payroll and one-off bills that need to go through ACH, so it really does feel like Ramp is our spend management OS--one it took no time to configure at all.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Ramp is the ideal option for companies that value simplicity + power in their spend management. Their product development velocity is also second-to-none, so you can expect them to be innovators in the years to come (unlike competitors).
Ramp makes it really easy to manage all expenses.
What do you like best about the product?
"Text receipt" and "Email receipt" functions. Because these functions exist, I can immediately upload my receipt after purchasing something. Now, I never build up a queue of receipts and dread the time I need to spend manually uploading each one.
What do you dislike about the product?
The card I received was flimsier than expected. My friend using Ramp has a much nicer card than the one I received.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking expenses. This has been met.
Great Expense Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to create practically as many cards as we'd like to manage our expenses at the level of granularity that we feel we need to be successful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our business is a bit unique in terms of cash flow, so the credit limit determination does not really apply all that well to us, however the Ramp team has been super helpful in trying to work around it to get us what we need to be successful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Expense management - seeing where money is flowing vs. 2-3 cards with all the expenses flowing into Quickbooks.
I LOVE THIS SERVICE!
What do you like best about the product?
The easy and simple way of filing expenses, approving receipts and keeping my life in order. Text submissions are genius!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to send the receipt and memo in the same transmission.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am keeping my life organized in the moment of creating a business expense. I don't have to think about anything!
Great platform + amazing service
What do you like best about the product?
The Ramp platform is awesome - creating cards is seamless + the Slack integration is amazing. The very best feature though is the service quality...I emailed asking for a credit limit increase, had it escalated within 4 minutes and approved and live in our account within 15 minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
No major dislikes 3 months into using it - learning the interface took a little bit of time, but so far have been able to do everything needed!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Card + spend management for a growing team, easy limits + approval mechanisms, direct integration into QBO.
