Luv this Credit Card
What do you like best about the product?
No more losing receipts, no need to scan & upload, everything is at my fingertips and completed via phone or slack so i don't have to worry about it later. Takes so much of the management and review work off my plate
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, nothing! but I honestly have only had the card for a few weeks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time! Collecting/scanning receipts is time-consuming in addition to review and catagorizing for accounting. This takes a huge burden off me and frees me up to focus on other things.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This program takes away the heavy administrative burden of receipt management and classification for business

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are lightening the administrative burden of using a company credit card. We are also removing the personal guarantee usually necessary for corporate credit cards.
Super Friendly Freemium Solution to Corporate Spend Control
What do you like best about the product?
We're just getting set up on Ramp, and I'm sold on it. We have an implementation specialist who will help us use Ramp effectively and will continue with us after we're set up. We don't have our Quickbooks connections established yet, but I'm confident that with a friendly, engaged implementation specialist by our side, we're going to succeed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see any downsides yet. Because it's not a credit card, we won't enjoy the consumer protections that typically come with credit cards. We need to be careful to make sure our insurance is sufficient to cover car rentals, etc. But, with 1.5% cashback and no fees, it will more than pay off.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are trying to streamline our approval and reimbursement process. We've already seen how simple mileage reimbursement will be, and when Quickbooks is integrated, accounting staff will save a lot of time.

What do you like best about the product?
It's a seamless process to integrate the card with Quickbooks. Also, the team is knowledgeable and accessible.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not allow for custom categories and fields to be added

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use for accounting sync and the pressure it takes off of me as an owner to track receipts. We have used a variety of other projects and this BLOWS THEM OUT OF THE WATER! 10/10
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to date that I feel warrants a negative review. Maybe a little higher quality physical card, but that's it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accounting Sync- saves a ton of time chasing employees.
Receipt tracking/Transparency- Amazon is a great example. This makes it so much easier to see WHAT my staff is buying.

The system is very intuitive and our employees love it!

Initial credit limit is very low so roll-out is slow.

Ramp is very easy to use. It offers a lot of features that we wanted, even some I didn't expect a credit card to offer.

Credit limit changed midway through the month.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp is a tech-forward business credit card designed for startups. No personal guarantee. Easy to issue cards for the entire company. And pretty much consolidates all of our spending/expenses in one tool, which is free!
I'm still new to the service but very impressed so far!
What do you like best about the product?
Service has been excellent and the website is very easy to navigate. I love how easy it is to upload receipts and the auto match is impressive!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could choose different corp names for the physical cards but that is a small complaint that is probably unique to our structure.

We were tracking expenses with a google form and searching through the spreadsheet for each transaction in our accounting software. The auto reminders and integration with our software is a comlete game changer!

Ramp helps seamlessly manage multiple team member expenditures with core business integrations that are adaptive to your day-to-day needs. The Ramp support team and their user interface are also the best in class.

A 45-day float vs. Ramp's current 30-day float would be more advantageous and competitive to traditional credit cards

Ramp - Making Expense Tracking Less Painful
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Ramp is how easy it is for users to upload receipts, whether it's by taking a picture of a physical receipt and texting it to "Ramp" or forwarding an email to receipts@ramp.com.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of filters. Some valuable filters would be: "recently shipped cards," "activated cards," "deactivated accounts," and "recurring payments," to name a few. Recently, a big pain point has been not being able to track credit cards that have shipped. I also do not like how you cannot set up rules for recurring payments or set up a post-transaction approval process for Card managers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp has made it easier to track reimbursements and overall expenses, thanks to how easy it is to upload receipts. With our previous platform, we had to manually add tags to each transaction to categorize a cost which was an absolute nightmare.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The user interface for Ramp is much cleaner and easier to use than any other expense platform that I have used in the past. However, depending on your company's needs, I would suggest being very vocal about what you need when conversing with your account manager for the first time so the account can be set up exactly how you need it to be. For example, Ramp offers "card programs" to help you update hundreds of cards at once or create a card template unique to your team. Ramp is also a new company, so do not hesitate to share product requests with them.
