Super easy and quick turnaround!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to use the software, and how quick the turnaround times are.
What do you dislike about the product?
the interface is a bit simple and would be nice to be able to receive more notifications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ramp helps us submit expenses for reimbursemnets
Easiest expense reporting yet
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp makes it so easy to account for expenses on the corporate card! I love that it prompts me when a receipt is needed (and I trust when it's not), it matches charges and receipts automatically, and it makes the whole process take seconds instead of minutes. Goodbye to carving out time to submit receipts after a trip or event.
What do you dislike about the product?
For approving expenses, I love the Slack notification. I'd love to be able to see the image of the receipt in Slack without having to open the website. My only complaint at this point!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're using Ramp for corporate cards and expense management, and it makes expense reports so streamlined.
The fastest expensing I’ve ever done
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to email and text receipts and invoices into Ranp so that I don't have to take a bunch or screenshots and spend 2 hours every month on expenses
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything yet. Great experience!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing multiple credit cards across the team for individual management, visibility into transactions, and fast expensing.
Expense reporting made easy
What do you like best about the product?
Immediate upload of receipt via text that matches the charge. Easy to use the dashboard on the website. Also easy to review my team's charges weekly to ensure they are on top of their reporting and I can also see trends in their spending.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes hotel charges (like incidentals when checking in) will keep pinging you to upload a receipt, when in actuality there is no receipt or real charge (since it is a hold) on the card
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest challenge is the repeated request to add a receipt for a charge that isn't a true charge, more specifically, holds for incidentals when checking into a hotel.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for an easy way to streamline your team's expense reporting, Ramp is an excellent choice!

So far so good
What do you like best about the product?
Very streamlined workflow for receipt tracking. Getting rid of expense reports has been a blessing for our company and employees and is saving us tremendous time each month.
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven't found anything that we dislike about the program yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our expense management system before Ramp was incredibly cumbersome and was taking our accounting staff countless hours to build expense reports and reconcile receipts. Ramp has stremlined that process for us.
Efficient card system with great user experience.
What do you like best about the product?
The virtual cards are awesome for us managing subscriptions, I like that the system points out opportunities for savings, and the integration is seamless. All our employees say that the expense reporting is much easier to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ramp does not integrate with either of our bank accounts, which are two very large business banks. It's a pain to upload statements to maintain our credit balance. Also the intergration to Netsuite was a little tricky to set up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving separated expense and credit card systems, no more manual uploads into our accounting software and a better employee experience when asked to manage spend.
Wonderful!
What do you like best about the product?
Texting or emailing receipts immediately and not having to keep up with receipts
What do you dislike about the product?
When receipts don't match right away due to a tip on Uber or restaurants

Ramp it's for sure the easiest way to manage expenses on a business.
