Super easy to use and love the efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
Love the all in one program! Makes life so much easier and makes life easier for our employees!
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides really, just wish they did international payments for bill pay!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating everything manual that we are doing using ramp. Also great to have some corp credit cards for the first time.

If you are a U.S. based company, this is the perfect product for you!
The way finance should work
What do you like best about the product?
The new bill pay feature is so useful and fast it is shocking that no one else is doing it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the JS front-end interface can be sluggish or get stuck. It's also not always clear where to go to do what you want.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving for a remote team with individual needs subscriptions for tools and travel.
Ramp has been great so far. Easy for our team to use and love the automatic receipts

We like the ease of tracking employee spending and approving expenses.
What do you dislike about the product?
The actual physical card could be nicer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We did not have a corporate card program prior to Ramp so we have realized significant benefits from eliminating expense reports.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make the card a bit nicer. Would be amazing to have SSO / scraping / integrations into certain apps like Slack, Hubspot, and GSuite so we don't need to download invoices and then post to Ramp.

What do you like best about the product?
The virtual and physical cards both work great. Very intuitive and has made purchasing what we need very straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I'm not sure about the accuracy of the automatic designations it gives certain vendors, but it hasn't caused any issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy transactions. Expense reporting is clear and fast.
Easy onboarding and seamless solution
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Ramp was the onboarding process. We have a unique business structure and they were super helpful in getting us up and running. We looked at other providers and chose Ramp because of their excellent customer support reviews.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only hiccup that I experienced was being issued a "temporary virtual card" that I began to use but was terminated once the physical card arrived in the mail. It was a strange experience and could have been better communicated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp helps us stay on top of our expenses across each employee. We believe that each employee should have a budget to get the tools they need to succeed. Without Ramp, we were manually inputting expenses into our payroll provider. Using Ramp has taken hours of work off our plate.
Easy Setup
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp is so intuitive and is so fast to set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
The daily emails are a little much but they are growing on me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving allowing employees who need quick access to credit cards with the virtual card option. I am also looking forward to the getting our vendors paid through Ramp soon so we can earn cash back on them as well.

It has made it very easy to get our startup streamlined and track all expenses in a simple fashion

Cannot link to Canadian QBO, need to fixed and phycial credit cards can't be sent internationally.

Receipt and document tracking, live transactions viewing capabilities.

Ensure you are only looking to operate in US, restricted to this country only for accounting.
Simple, Effective Corporate Card Program
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp is extremely easy to use. In addition to fantastic product design, the FAQ articles and support team make Ramp extremely easy to launch effectively to your organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration with Sage Intacct works, but is not set up optimally. The integration is through the General Ledger, not the A/P subledger. I believe Ramp is working on building this functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visibility to all spend at the company, effective spend controls, simpler month end close process for finance.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a great option for a small business that might not get approved for a corporate credit card program and actually might be better.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't figured out how I would be able to memorialise the transactions with the receipts attached for IRS purposes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing my employees to use a "company card" and eliminate a ton of clerical work.
