What do you like best about the product?
* Ease of use

What do you dislike about the product?
* Frequency of emails, I don't enjoy seeing so many emails filling up my inbox
* The product is very comprehensive I can'tthink of anything that is not currently offered that could enhance the product efficiency
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
* Need for month-end reconciliation. We have several cardholders who have historically been struggling with the end-of-month process. Ramp puts an end to that by allowing my staff to attach and code transactions immediately.

Streamlines receipt submission

What do you like best about the product?
Ramp is the first expense report tool I've used that legitmately reduces the time and frustration of dealing with receipts. Combined with the Ramp corporate card, and you have a powerful combo with multiple ways to submit receipts and timely reminders when you don't. I particularly love being able to text or reply to reminder emails with receipt images. Far less back & forth than I've experienced with other systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I dislike to date. The interface is intuitive. The reminders are timely, and the submission process is seamless.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp eliminates the problem of forgotten expenses or missed receipt submissions. It also provides an always-on snapshot of my team's spending as well as alerts when spend exceeds policies or expectations. That helps address issues quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
I love bill pay, which is a new feature in Ramp. I'm able to set it up to pay incoming bills by ACH or even by check, which is very handy, since we don't have checks with our bank.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would note would be the ability to group reimbursements into one report so that amounts are reimbursed to one person in a lump sum, instead of individual payments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- easily managing credit cards without worrying about bank setup
- payments that have to be made by check or ACH to vendors
- easy sync with our QuickBooks account

What do you like best about the product?
easy to use website, quick service, auto-billing, integration with quickbooks
What do you dislike about the product?
hard to show reimbursements from non-ramp sites, can't do international transfers, and auto-populate doesn't work well
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
better than expensify at controlling and monitoring expenditures and avoiding reimbursement-based employee expenses

Easy to submitted expenses as it's automated. I like the virtual card options also.

I haven't found anything about using Ramp that I dislike so far.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use, robust feature set, and flexibility are unmatched. Their customer support is also top tier. There is a lot to love about Ramp. I highly recommend it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything, but if I were to have a wish list, I hope they create Purchase Order functionality soon, in addition to Amortization functionality when transacting prepaid expenses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp solves for working capital, cashback, and time-savings when it comes to accounting. We have way more purchasing power with Ramp and close our books much, much faster.

The ROI is clear with Ramp, so give it a shot.

What do you like best about the product?
User friendly, forwarding missing receipts to a ramp account, physical card, e-credit card, reminder emails and adding a spending limit to the card.
What do you dislike about the product?
That I can't categorize my spending i.e. transportation, dining, work travel, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
(1) How to monitor team spending in the best way possible (2) How to reimburse an employee via Ramp if they accidentally made a charge on their Ramp card instead of their personal card.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a reliable and simple way to track employee spending and do so without the set-up hassle.

What do you like best about the product?
The integration with Netsuite, the ease of creating new cards and approving transactions
What do you dislike about the product?
When we make payments to Ramp, there is no payment integration with Netsuite
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to create separate expense policies for individuals. Also, using Ramp for bill pay on Netsuite
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great integration with Netsuite, and easy to give control to Managers to manage their teams

What do you like best about the product?
How simple it is to match receipts to transactions.
What do you dislike about the product?
How difficult it is for an admin to receive help from Ramp regarding setting up the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are still trying it out, but so far making it easier on our employees to code and attach receipts. Email receipt matching is great!

Make sure you get with someone who can help you with the setup and who can explain things with you along the way.

Amazing Product for Expense Management

What do you like best about the product?
The onboarding experience and ease of use make this product a joy to use. Support is great when you run into any issues. You also get interaction from their developers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to create custom fields for expenses is the only drawback I've run into so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the need for centralized management of expenses and relieving the hassle of our current reimbursement process.

Make sure to utilize support if you need it. They will work with you and resolve any issues you have.
