Fast and Easy to Use - Helped us as we scaled our team
What do you like best about the product?
We were able to get up and running very quickly. This is important to us as we are scaling our team and have outgrown our expense management and accounting processes - we needed a solution ASAP. Our people particularly like how fast it is to make purchases, log expenses, and approve requests.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have had very little trouble so far. There were a few integrations that didn't work seamlessly for us, but for the most part they have been excellent and any issues were minor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Ramp, we've enabled our people to make purchases as our team continues to grow.

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to email receipts and text receipts into the platform. Way simpler than other platforms

nothing yet. This product is crushing it and its been great
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
making it simpler for employees to submit receipts and making it easier for us to pay employees back when using their own card.

Just do it
Impressive features and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I just started testing Ramp and within minutes was able to set up the account, create several virtual cards, sets account, vendor and financial controls. Super easy to get started and take back control of your card spends.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've not had any downsides at this point with Ramp. Virtual cards do have inherent limitations but this is not associated to Ramp. When a physical card is needed, I wish there was an expedited feature to get one fast.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We will move to create virtual cards for specific vendors. This will enhance our reporting features, reduce the potential for fraud and create a simplified process for our staff and account teams. The onboarding feature will be helpful to issue cards as we spexpsnd our team.
Fabulous functionality and service!
What do you like best about the product?
There are a lot of convenient features that make our accounting processes more efficient and organized. The customer service is also fantastic! Adam from the customer service team helped our team a lot.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have much criticism. I was not part of the original onboarding process so I can't speak to that but I will say that the tutorial call I scheduled with Adam was very helpful so if this is not already included in onboarding, it should be added!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have solved a lot of our billing, reimbursements, accounting issues with Ramp. We gave all of our team members a company card which makes it very easy to make company expenses.
A great concept and tool, especially for small and/or growing businesses
What do you like best about the product?
Very granular control over issuing credit cards on our timeline, and control who, when, how much, which vendors etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Slow log in. Can't create a one-time card and have the bookkeeper use it to make the actual payment. On reimbursements can't enter the job on initial entry.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to issue credit cards and control them. Expense management and keeping necessary receipts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
With this kind of service where they not only don't charge you but give you 1.5% back on credit card spend, it's a no-brainer to deploy this in your business.
Very effective and time saving.
What do you like best about the product?
Receipt matching is the best part about ramp.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unable to make cards as quickly as I can. There are some glitches when wanting to create a new one.

We are solving major receipt issues. Now with Ramp it is easier to keep track of everything.
Excellent for Employee Reimburstment
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the reimbursement exprience, and the overall design & user exprience

There is nothing that I dislike about it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it to submit the digital receipt and get my reimbursement. This process on Ramp is really fast and easy!
RAMP is a great addition to our Finance Department
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is a breeze! My employees have appreciated how easy it is to use digital cards. I love how RAMP is expanding features for its Bill Pay (we replaced Bill.com!).

The product (and support) are meeting our needs.

RAMP has quickly become a main part of our Finance technology stack.
Ramp - best in class User experiece
What do you like best about the product?
Automating the AP processes and maintaining appropriate controls
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, not much; I guess the multiple entity management is a little clunky but still better than the alternatives
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Significant efficiency improvement in AP processing, more effective accountability from Credit Card purchasers, and improved accounting controls.
Ramp Bill Pay blows everything else out of the water.
What do you like best about the product?
Bill Pay, Ramp cards, and reimbursements are really great. Bill pay stands out for me given how much separation there is between their product and the rest of the market. Cards and expense management are really great too. Product iteration is fast and you can tell there is a culture of collecting data from customers to pipe into their feedback loop.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hardest thing was getting the referral cash back. Not sure if ours was an edge case but we had to email them 5-10 times and each time, they send it was done but it wasn't.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bill pay, quickbooks integration, expense cards for employees, expense management, collecting receipts, virtual cards unique to each vendor, spinning up virtual cards with specific caps or locks/expirations. Ramp saves us time, money, costs, and mental overhead by automating all these things.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
A great card and spend management platform. Bill pay is fantastic too. I would highly recommend trying out Ramp for anyone in the market for these products.
