User Friendly!
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp is super helpful in administering virtual cards for team members for (travel, meal stipends, professional development funds etc.) Ramp makes it super easy for both the user and the Administrator.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can sometimes be difficult to see all of the usage in ramp. It would be great to have a more built out reporting so that teams can see exactly how/who how much people are using the Ramp programs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us solve handing out our company-wide professional development stipend and helps when the team has on-sites so that folks can use their virtual cards to book flights/holthotels
Saves admin time
What do you like best about the product?
Has card holders to upload receipts so I am not chasing them down at month end
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes uploads for card holders are challenging, especially if the vendor has not posted the transaction right away

The automation of spend management.
It made our month end close significantly shorter, while adding controls over spend.

Ramp setup and implementation
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp makes credit card reconcilation seamless. The direct integration with NetSuite is saving my team so much time. The ease of setup as well as the ability to precode transactions is a huge time saver.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have been working in Ramp for the past two months. The only downside currently is that credit card transactions do not have the ability to be entered with Item detail in NetSuite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to setup multiple virtual cards to have multiple users manage their own spend. As we are able to precode some cards and transacations, we are able to save time, especially around month end close. In our second month, I was able to reconcile our credit card in an hour versus historically taking 4-5 hours.

Ramp makes things so easy! The platform is super user friendly and its easy to use the cards. Our teams love it

I wish we could do a bulk add for a card program. I'd the capability to drop an additional $25 to employees lunch cards on employee appreciation day

Efficient spending and reports

The auto matic email when a purchase needs a receipt and the reminders of when a wire has been paid!

I haven't found any downsides at the moment!

Ramp - Very User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
User friendliness; ability to text receipts and text descriptions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Somewhat difficult to know when to approve allocations but once I found "policy complete" filter that helps a lot! Wish that could stay as my preference view choice.

Allocating expenses to the proper accounts for our organization.

It is great and very easy to be able to assign credit cards to everyone that I need and also for specific expenses.

I have not found any downsides with Ramp at the moment. It has really been very good overall

What do you like best about the product?
Ramp is seamless, simple, and easy to use. We love the user interface and how straightforward the onboarding process was for our team. It is easy to set rules, create an expense policy, and add admins to our accounts.
The customer service is a big plus. In less than a minute, I called the number on the back of my card and was connected to an upbeat, informed, and empowered customer service representative, Sam. Sam resolved my issue promptly.
The Ramp team is engaged and impressive. I have already referred the product to several founders with complete confidence in the platform and offering.

What do you dislike about the product?
Everything is working well for us at this time. Nothing I dislike about Ramp.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Ramp we are able to have both our spend management products and our expense management products in one place. As a result, we are eliminating the use of Bill.com and Expensify in favor of one streamlined platform. Saves our team time and energy, plus provides a more holistic view inside of a single platform.
Uneventful until you pay
What do you like best about the product?
Easy dashboard to navigate online. Easy to get paid my invoices.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can never figure out how to make the debit card work. Is it a pre-load or is it a credit? why do i have to ask for money to be put on in advance?
