What do you like best about the product?
Their AI reader for each bill and also the card manager for each user, it is so easy to integrate with whatever software you use

Sometimes their Support team is not as responsive as one would like to

We have 10+ virtual cards and also use this as our primary source for paying bills from our vendors

What do you like best about the product?
Ramp allows us the security of a credit card without the need to tie the line of credit to any of our employees. It was exactly the option we were looking for, and we'd been looking to do this for years. We employ 4 people total, and now each person can have a card and it's been making things so much easier for us.
I love that I was able to personalize the physical card with our logo—the very first time I used it in person, the cashier commented how cool the card looked. That is such a small thing, but it's a great perk.
The 1.5% cash back on everything is huge for us, as we have so many little purchases we do, and without us having to do any work at all, we are getting a small amount of cash back that we can put towards our next statement. That's incredible as a non-profit, where our budget is super tight.
The QuickBooks Online integration was easy for our bookkeeper, and it was a seamless transition there. Ramp was so easy to set up in so many ways.

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to dismiss notifications that we didn't want, as there are things that only our bookkeeper is in charge of, and I don't want to see little numbers next to things of mine that I don't control.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The receipt matching is super helpful—I just forward the invoice from my email straight to the designated address and it matches it automatically. It's been a time-saver for us to not have to forward it to our bookkeeper and explain what each thing is for.
Why didn't we switch sooner
What do you like best about the product?
Visibility of spend across the entire enterprise in one place. Very well-organized and user-friendly. Was easy to implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Multi-entity functions are limited for QBO users. Hoping to see more functionality once we switch to Gravity Software.

Visibility and controls on spend/expenses management across the entire enterprise on one platform.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can get a physical Ramp card for work-related purchases OR simply have an online Visa card if you don't need a physical one. Ramp also makes it easy to reimburse purchases made on a personal credit card. Best of both worlds!
What do you dislike about the product?
As an employee in a non-managerial role, I honestly can't think of anything I dislike about Ramp. If I had to choose something, I don't like that I have to sign in every time I go to the Ramp site.

Ramp is incredibly easy to use. Requesting cards is easy, submitting receipts is easy.
It enables the business to move faster. We no longer need to set up complicated invoices or payment processes. I can set up payments for a new service easily.

What do you dislike about the product?
I think Ramp is better in all ways than alternatives. However, there are some new features and bugs that they could work on. For example, the ability to split payments between multiple accounts. Also, there could be improvements with exception management.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp is allowing us to more efficiently manage payables and expenses. We set up cards for employees and for specific services. This also allows us to direct payments to appropriate accounts easily in the back end.
Great reminders and cautions to users, control features are excellent and great at housing documents

Structured nicely to enable easy query of history and current open items.

Not much to complain about from user and admin standpoint

Authorization and approvals. Ability for reimbursements to Employees. Housing of vendor invoices. I am more productive
Great card for Biz!
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful feature of this card is the expense tracking. It simplifies my biz bookkeeping.

I wish that ramp would give bigger limits and flex options

Quick access to finance for staff and biz purchases.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of issuing cards. It's simple to go to the user, set up the limit (daily, weekly, monthly, etc) and issue the card. Card then arrives in a relatively quick fashion.
What do you dislike about the product?
The setup team is emailing constantly! While I appreciate them reaching out offering support with setup, they were emailing sometimes more than once a day. With a busy schedule and trying to transition at our pace it was a little much.

Online expense reports vs paper base expense reports. Digital signatures vs passing files or papers back and forth for approval.

When contracting a new employee who needs to be operating fast, it is possible to generate a virtual card and begin fast while receiving physical card
