What do you like best about the product?
Easy and efficient and sends excellent reminders when a purchase is made.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the auto fills are incorrect and my supervisor will send the incorrect allocation before I have changed them to what they need to be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allocation is easy without reports having to be done at the end of the week, keeps wonderful accounts of what has been spent in present time.

What do you like best about the product?
Ramp is super-convenient! I feel like I'm using it every time I turn around but it's never a bother. Everything is very intuitive and speedy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't had any problems with Ramp at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp is helping me get access to virtual credit cards in a timely fashion. I need to make a lot of purchases in my role and Ramp makes that as painless as possible.

Useful for managing employee cards

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, the platforms is intuitive and just make the overall experience great
What do you dislike about the product?
That we have to send receipts even for 0.1 spent, most of the time when you're using a new card on a site they charge you a few cents or dollars to verify the card and they don't give you a receipt for that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making it easier for me (user) and my company to have a record of my expenses

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of uploading documents for purchases, easy to see where the money went, and track credits in one location.
What do you dislike about the product?
no complaints at this date. the card and company have been great

I have a card for my department. rather than using a corporate card for all of our purchases and sifting through statements for this departments charge/credits

Better than any money management application I’ve been forced to use

What do you like best about the product?
With other apps like Concur, every expense and trip is a hassle. It wasn't until I had the privilege to use Ramp that I realized that expense reporting didn't have to be so difficult Everything on the platform is intuitive and easy, and tracking purchases has been a breeze with so many avenues for reporting (no more passive emails from accounting). I would recommend Ramp to any company that wants quick, easy and efficient expense reporting that will make it easy for both employees and employers alike!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far - all features have been easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love having multiple cards for different purposes that are easy to request, and I'm sure it makes budget tracking easy for my uppers!

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it clear, I like also the mailing system. It reminds me of what I still need to submit.
My card details are shared by a couple of collueges so I am not always aware what expense is coming next.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot unsubscibe through Ramp from some service.
I have an issue that service is supper complicated and it keeps taking money from the Ramp card, and I cannot stop that.
Also, there is a service I pay for it takes money in 4-5 different payments, and i need to upload to each payment the cheque - i think its a bit annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instead of aking financial team for approval for every single expense we have a budget
and we use it the way we see fit. So it is quite comfortable.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how it easy it is to use it and how I get reminded about the transactions that need extra details.
I really like how easy the mobile app makes it when dealing with expensive transactions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to have separate cards with limits for different trips.
Right now I have a limit on my CC that goes out as soon as I go on a business trip, but if I am not traveling it will be great to keep a lower cap on my expenses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
keeping track of expensive transactions is the best, because it keeps reminding me that I need to provide more information about transactions that are over 75 GBP.

What do you like best about the product?
Direct sync to Intacct makes it much easier to get transactions loaded and eliminating human error.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to create your own rules takes more time vs the system knowing where to code what.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily being able to distribute credit cards to employees and tracking spend.

Good solution for mid to small companies

What do you like best about the product?
The need for expense reports and the accompanying burden to accounting is eliminated. Receipts and approvals are all in one place making it easier for users to comply with internal policy. The text reminders at point of purchase keep receipt collections timely.
What do you dislike about the product?
Truly we haven't found a downside after two years of implementing Ramp and over 200 cardholders. It is an easy solution to use. My one comment is navigation is a bit awkward and some sections are not intuitive. Once learned, it is straightforward.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Without Ramp, our four person accounting team would have to manage 200 users. We have frequent travel, and the burden would become overwhelming. This has allowed our team to focus on budgeting and reporting rather than processing reimbursements. Serious value add!

What do you like best about the product?
Ramp makes it easy to pay vendors and you can earn cash back without doing anything other than to use the card like a credit card. You can control the limit
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not sync to all ERP system. At the beginning it's a little hard to learn how ramp works but after that it's not so bad

It gives each department a spending limit which helps with budgeting
