Ramp is great for free trials and giving small use cards to employees
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp has impressive features and capabilities that help protect our company from trial periods being charged that an employee forgot to turn off or for one-off spending for employees that wouldn't qualify for receiving one of our corporate cards
What do you dislike about the product?
Ramp does not have a consistent process for maintaining or deciding the card spend limit. We have it connected to our operating account, where all of our spending runs through but not where we store our cash reserves. So the spending limit is meager and does not have a high enough limit to support our more extensive SaaS services, so we keep those on our corporate AMEX account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp is an excellent solution for product trials requiring a credit card and small one-off employee purchases that we want to give a one-time use credit card. We are unable to leverage them for extensive product services.
Awesome product
What do you like best about the product?
Once you setup Ramp to fit your needs you can move on to other important things. Ramp just works and saves our office so much time.
What do you dislike about the product?
You must apply for credit and pay full balance every month. No option to carry a balance or extend terms to 60 days.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently they are looking to add more value by adding additional control features

What do you dislike about the product?
- Couldn't make it work on the emirates airlines website. Not sure if it's Ramp or the Emirates website's failure.
- If there were live support, that would have been great.

You can upload your receipts in every way possible. Super seamless experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not available for companies in Canada, so as a founder, I can't use it for my own company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing expenses by each even that I'm organizing.
Quick and easy
What do you like best about the product?
upload receipts right away. App alerts..
What do you dislike about the product?
none. Should have the ability to ignore missing items.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
no need to do manual expense, things are real time.
Easy, convenient and cash back
What do you like best about the product?
integration direct with QBO saves me hours each month of having to do things manually. it also helps to push the responsibility for memos and receipts to the card holder and I as the Finance person don't have to do it.
What do you dislike about the product?
the gmail integration seems buggy. we've had issues with the automatic pulling of receipts into ramp and thus have to manually send them. not a massive deal, but would be great to not have to worry about that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making bookkeeping easier and more efficient. Also, issuing virtual cards and single use cards is helpful for working with consultants and contractors as that minimizes expense reports and additional invoices.

What do you dislike about the product?
Integration with Quickbooks Pro Desktop is a little clunky, but I have managed to make it work
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp has made it much easier for our company card users to submit their receipts and details. Virtual cards make tracking purchases much easier. Bill pay allows a streamline process.
Solid option for Bill.com - FREE!
What do you like best about the product?
I have used Divvy, Bill.com, CorPay, Mineral Tree, Expensify, and many many other similar payment solutions in my professional career as finance executive. What I like about Ramp: Integration with QuickBooks, ease of Use, free ACH payments, great reward program, reimbursements, multiple security options for users, robust accounting tools that save time when using rules for merchants transactions.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still a lot of areas for Ramp to improve on, especially when it comes to Bill Pay. It cannot yet replace Bill.com but it is a solid choice for small businesses with limited transactions. Ramp does not offer Budgets like Divvy does, and does not allow coding of classes/locations for employees, which is why we are using DIvvy for our managers and Ramp only for two people who have Bookkeeper level access. Sometimes it isn't easy to find guidance or the things I need are not intuitive to find. I have had more "how to" questions in the past two months with Ramp customer service than for the past two years in Divvy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use primarily virtual cards to set up auto-pays with our Vendors. I like the security, reliability, and ease of use Ramp provides
Fast, effective, and intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp is very easy and intuitive to use. Documenting expenses and submitting reimbursement requests is a breeze! My favorite part of Ramp is how easy it is to categorize various business expenses.
What do you dislike about the product?
Locking and unlocking virtual cards was confusing at first, but once we figured it out it wasn't an issue anymore.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before, if I had an expense that needed to be reimbursed I would have to charge my personal account and then wait for the reimbursement to hit my paycheck. Ramp makes it easy to distribute virtual cards to all of the employees so that we don't have to go through that long process!
