Ramp has been easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that it is fully digital and there is no need to have a physical card on hand in order to complete an online purchase. It's the first time I have used a product like this.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been times when I used the card for travel purposes and the hotel chain didn't understand that I had a credit card but didn't have a physical card. Luckily, some of the time I was able to use my phone as a card and used that, other times I had to use my personal card.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp has allowed us to not need the risk of having many physical cards out with various employees and allows everything to be funneled into one card number instead of multiple.

Customer service is slower to respond recently

The ease of submitting receipts and memos. Keeps me organized in my expenses and the interface is intuitive and easy to use

I would like the reimbursement process to be a bit less complicated. It's not very difficult but it's not the easiest either

Helping me watch and log my spending and keep track of why the money was spent in the first place

What do you like best about the product?
I love the mobile app and also I appreciate the notifications that come in via txt message when something that been completed!

I don't have any dislikes about Ramp that I can think of at this time.

Streamlined way to track all expenses and makes it easy to report to Executives.

What do you like best about the product?
Simple and easy to use. No need for training. Self-served 100%. Automatically email receipt identification via email forwarding, via snapping a picture on your phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support wasn't always immediately available for an employee.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The overhead of spend management and expense management.

What do you like best about the product?
Ramp has been a perfect tool for us to streamline and organize our spending. The user experience is great, and the way it fit into our existing processes was seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Our learning curve was short, and it's been smooth sailing ever since.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp solved the problem of organizing our spend. Budget allocation was a time-consuming, duplicative process before — now everything is easy to find, categorize, and track in one place!
AMAZING!
What do you like best about the product?
1.5% cash back, quick and unlimited customer support, all my employees get a card, Ramp submits the rebates to home depot (its 11%) as a construction company thats huge and saves us so much time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Really I dont have any complaints. The website was difficult to navigate without training in the beginning, just because there are so many capabilities. We are passed that now!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp makes data entry a breeze. Prior to using Ramp a regular Credit card wouldnt ask for the details on every charge. Since im not purchasing materials in the field, i never knew what job or account to put the charge to without chasing purchaser down for the info. Ramp saves me time and money so I can also focus more on marketing.
Life Changing!
What do you like best about the product?
Everything! It is so simple and it addresses almost all of the previous challenges I faced with my old expense management system. It pulls receipts and allows me to text receipts easily and reconciliation is a breeze! This is a great system!
What do you dislike about the product?
None that I can think of at the moment. Seems great to me!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
credit card/expense reconciliation for me and my team was a nightmare and almost uncontrollable in the past. It was perhaps one of the most annoying aspects of my job as well as my teams and this system has helped to streamline the process.
Ramp is Great!
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp is such a helpful way to manage and delegate within our school. We have so many moving pieces and being able to have multiple cards for classrooms where they can manage their own receipts takes a lot of stress off administrators!
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be tricky when you are missing a receipt and you get locked out of your card but I think it's not a downside, just tough to manage sometimes when it is out of your control.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have many needs from our classrooms and administration team and had to always find the right person with the right credit card. Now with ramp everyone has an assigned card for their specific needs.

What do you like best about the product?
Massive time savings when it comes to submitting documentation related to purchases. Impressive spending visibility, excellent customer service, and very well-designed apps and software.
What do you dislike about the product?
No operational downsides. However, the MFA requirement does not honor login locations consistently and prompts aggressively even if you check "trust this device." Many administrators are also spenders. There is no easy way to force administrators to require approval for purchases. This may seem counterintuitive, but the alternative of giving them an alias is clunky. Even though an administrator can approve their own purchases, from the audit perspective, this would be valuable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It used to take hours for staff and financial admins to account for charges, make sure that spend was in line with policies, and track down receipts. Ramp has increased our efficiency and helped with all of those processes.
