The best business card, way better than Brex
What do you like best about the product?
The spend controls are best-in-class. Everyone wants to spend money, so it's hard for executives to control the spend. We had been on Brex and it was a terrible experience managing spend. Ramp made it so much easier to reign in mis-spending.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UX to execute some of hte most common tasks is pretty tedious. Also not everything is inter-connected, so you gotta start at the top of the UX flow again to do what you need, rather than some smart inter-linking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is great for controlling spend. Everyone loves to spend money that's not theirs.
Ramp has made company spending easy
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful think about Tamp is how easy the receipt submission and memo system is. No more long waiting periods for budget approvals and such.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. So far I think Ramp is great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp is solving the issue of spending requests which used to take forever.
Ramp is smooth and seamless into our expense workflow
What do you like best about the product?
Texting photos of receipts vs needing to upload via webapp, quick auto approvals based on receipt totals and merchant name.
What do you dislike about the product?
Design of physical card, frequency of 'action required' reminders -- would prefer batched notifications every 2 weeks
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Giving team members the freedom to own their expenses and purchase SaaS products with little friction
I use ramp to help our Director of Operations catorigize our spending.
What do you like best about the product?
It is quick, simple, and easy to login in.
What do you dislike about the product?
The text notifications can be overwhelming. It takes time to review text, when I know I need to report the expense.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to organize how the resources are being allocated to serve our clinets.
Easy to use, for organization & employee.
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp is the most straightforward corporate card program in the business. From the mobile app to the employee-employer interface, I highly- recommend.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have yet to find something that I dislike as an employee using Ramp.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Expense management, spending, receipts, all of the above.
Simple and useful
What do you like best about the product?
I can pay and use the benefits the company I work for give me. No problems in any store!!!
What do you dislike about the product?
That it doesn't have an option to see my balance in my local currency
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can access and manage the founds my company give me every month
Works great for work
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. On the computer, it is a simple yet elegant interface with clear guidance. Uploading receipts and adding memos are a breeze. I especially like the extension on Google that looks at your screen and finds the receipt.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no app for an Android phone. So I can scan a receipt, I have to upload it. I have Admin status, but I don't have access to Quickbooks; once Ramp is synced to QB, I can't find old transactions. Make an app for Android, and upgrade your report writer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps to categorize expenses before syncing with QB. Saving time and money.
Simplify your Expense Reports!
What do you like best about the product?
The email and texting aspects of the interface are so user-friendly. Having used excel spreadsheets in the past for submitting expenses, and then having to scan bulk invoices...it was such a pain. RAMP keeps our expenses current and allows our accounting team to move swiftly, accurately and more completely.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of any - quick access to the app, website or more easily, simply texting a photo of the receipt that is then automatically linked to the charge...it could not be easier!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
accuracy and speed in expense reporting. All receipts loaded in real time, and the AI aspect, matching the receipts to charges, and the smart-tech that generally places the charge to the proper GL code...it is incredible.
Great financial service
What do you like best about the product?
This is an extremely easy-to-use business card - It saves me a lot of time. No bureaucracy. I use it for almost all my business expenses. I would recommend Ramp to anyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I dislike. I would love to have the option to send a physical card globally (maybe they do have this option now, and I am not aware). But there's not much to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me book all of my business trips and pay for work meeting bills. It saves me a lot of time.
Best-in-class expense management plus corporate card tool
What do you like best about the product?
I've switched expense management systems twice (once from Brex to Airbase, this time from Brex to Ramp) and have found Ramp to be best-of-breed for startups to mid-market. It's a clean, intuitive UI that combines easy usage for employees with most of the functionality you need to run a strong finance organization at this stage of company. I'd definitely recommend for seed through Series C companies, but given the pace at which they're adding features, I'm hoping to grow with them past that point.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to see better support for tagging and for booking prepaid expenses. My understanding is that at least the prepaids part is on the roadmap.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are now our all-in-one credit card, A/P, reimbursements, and expense management tool. It's great to be able to do it all seamlessly with one platform.
