What do you like best about the product?

It' so intuitive and takes so much manual process off my plate. I spend very little time on my expenses and I have a lot due to sales travel. The Gmail integration you released creates even less work. Now that I have iOS upload, SMS, and inbox searching it's never been easier to get this done. If feels like your engineers have lived the life of a sales person with lots of small and large expenses that can pile up. The AI features aid in what is already a good experience. I rarely have delays in my reimbursements getting processed which helps me, its better performance than other platforms. With most everything being drag and drop and a good matching engine I don't have to manually scan pdf and jpeg files.

What do you dislike about the product?

Nothing really. I don't pay for it so I don't know the pricing structure but I would say it's worth every penny. Our CEO says that he would personally invest in Ramp and think its one of the best run companies around.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It just makes expense management a breeze and gives me back several hours a month. The AI support is so good I've never even had to call Ramp support.

What do you like best about the product?

I like using Ramp because it makes it really easy for our staff at the nonprofit to handle expense purchases and record receipts. The setup was very easy, actually very, very easy to set up.

I wish that all receipts would be automatically recognized and uploaded by the program.

What do you like best about the product?

I like how quick and easy to use Ramp is for submitting work expenses, especially for monthly internet costs. It's super simple and doesn't try to do too much, which I appreciate. The initial setup was super easy; I just logged in with SSO, and that was it.

maybe the colors. feels a bit pale

Ramp helps me quickly submit monthly expenses for internet costs, and it's quick and easy to use.

What do you like best about the product?

How quick and easy it is to upload receipts. I also like the fact that it reminds me to upload these receipts. Very user friendly!!

I can't think of anything. It's great and so user friendly.

As of to date and from the beginning of using Ramp I have not had any problems with using Ramp! I'm happy to say it has been great!

the process to enter a vendor credit in Bill Pay

the speed of getting our payables and credit cards receipts entered into our system.

It's easy to use and very fast. i find it very useful also the app.

honestly i don't have anything that makes me not happy about this product

It removes the odds that come from the receipt.

The ease of adding receipts and getting reimbursements really turned it around for me.

Ramp locks immediately when a charge for coding is overdue. It keeps our team accountable, but it can sometimes be a frustration. In addition, having. a PA login to a boss' Ramp account is a struggle

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Automatic integrations and coding has never been easier. The ability to connect charges directly from your texts is time efficient and so helpful. Our accounting team loves Ramp and would do anything to ensure it was the platform our team uses.

What do you like best about the product?

I love how easy it is to collect the financial records that we need with Ramp, and being able to disperse funds to employees so they can do what they need to do in the field. I appreciate how it solves the paper trail problem by collecting receipts and storing them, lining them up to the correct expenses. It's great that each cardholder is held responsible for doing those tasks themselves. Additionally, Ramp was pretty easy to set up and it was super easy to get cards to our employees.

What do you dislike about the product?

I have had some trouble integrating it into my QuickBooks Online.

Ramp solves the paper trail issue by collecting and organizing receipts, ensuring they match the correct expenses. It allows rapid disbursement of essential funding for our programs and makes it easy to collect financial records and disperse funds to employees for fieldwork.

so far i love everything about the ramp card.

helps me keep track of expenses per customer as well as keeping me on top of documentation for my accounting department.

I like how intuitive it is to do reimbursements. Nice clean design and the autofill from picture receipts saves so much time.

So far, I haven't had any issues. I'm liking it so far.
