What do you like best about the product?
Wiz's vulnerability scanning is an invaluable tool for safeguarding our cloud environments. Its seamless integration, clear reporting, and proactive detection capabilities make it remarkably user-friendly. The Wiz team has also been increadibly helpful with the onboarding and feature requests.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wiz is still missing some nice to have features. but they have devloped a bunch of features in the short time we have used the solution so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wiz enables our security team to focus on high priority issues and minimize the time we have to spend on less prioritiezed actions
The best cloud security tool available!
What do you like best about the product?
We have a small InfoSec team and the new AI additions have made things even easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wiz has improved their licensing and we're able to get better value. I would say to them to keep working on improving the licensing model. This is important for Wiz to stay competitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wiz is addressing our need to monitor, detect and report on issues found in our cloud environment. Additionally, it is scanning our resources in the cloud for any vulnerabilities found and any resources that do not meet cloud security best practices (compliance).

The tool sells like it is, and it's true: it's very easy to install and get results. You don't need months of configuration to get something

There are no real negative points, the tool is well designed and the support is there when needed
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We took on this tool to increase our visibility of our cloud infrastructures and to respond more easily to compliance requests.
We love Wiz!
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Wiz is the Issues system. Toxic combinations of different finding types, which make it easy to prioritize the most severe/important issues and tackle them first.
What do you dislike about the product?
I guess the reporting could be improved. You can't export a hard file, it has to be a link that takes you into the platform, so anyone wanting to view the file has to have Wiz access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us find problems in multiple areas, and showing us the issues we should tackle first. Also, I love the Journey/Champion Center features, which walk you through deployment to ensure you get everything setup. It's a nice self-updating checklist.

Wiz has allowed us to quickly gain understanding of new environments and helped uplift changes to secure our environments rapidly.

Data should be offloaded to a SIEM, as the rentention period is very short.

Wiz provides clear visibility into cloud risks without unnecessary noise. It simplifies vulnerability prioritization, making it easy for my team to focus on critical issues first. The UI is intuitive, and its proactive approach aligns with my focus on staying ahead of threats

There’s nothing I actively dislike about the Wiz platform. However, I do wish Wiz would expand into the SSPM space, as I believe it would complement their existing offerings well. That said, it’s not a major drawback that this feature isn’t available yet

Wiz is helping us tackle sprawling cloud infrastructure by providing clear visibility into misconfigurations, externally exposed assets, and vulnerabilities across our environments. It allows us to quickly identify and remediate risks that could otherwise be missed, ensuring our cloud posture remains secure and compliant. This level of insight and prioritization significantly reduces the time and effort needed to manage cloud security at scale

It has been user-friendly, and most of the integrations and configurations are straightforward.
What is most valuable?
Wiz is a very powerful product technologically. Our requirement is related to the CNAPP solution, which is a cloud-native application protection platform. It is user-friendly, and most of the integrations and configurations are straightforward.
What needs improvement?
I have not measured certain abilities on a scale yet. The ultimate value depends on the requirements of your organization.
For how long have I used the solution?
We are still in the midst of implementing Wiz. As such, we are still analyzing its behavior.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
We are still analyzing its behavior as we are in the midst of the implementation.
How are customer service and support?
We still get support for at least a month by default after implementing any tool. As of now, everything is good.
Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?
In the past, I worked with Check Point, specifically their firewall product and RaaS VeeTrail subproducts. I no longer use Check Point products as I switched my domain from network security to application security and cloud security.
How was the initial setup?
Since we are still in the midst of implementing the new solutions within our environment, it is a work in progress.
What about the implementation team?
We are currently onboarding resources and working to streamline the implementation of Wiz.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
This feedback is not based on much experience yet, as we have only conducted POV or POC.
Which other solutions did I evaluate?
We compared Wiz with other products, such as Orca and other industry standard solutions.
What other advice do I have?

*User Interface: Wiz is a complex tool with many features, the user interface is exceptionally well put together considering the amount of data and features it must glue together
*Breadth and Accuracy: Wiz is able to tie together disparate cloud presences in a complete way, allowing for easy querying across multiple environments

*Help Center: AI and up-to-date documentation are incredibly userful
*Integrations and Automations: The ability to tie event triggered automations to a myriad of systems out-of-the-box is extremely helpful.
*Flexibility: The ability to both see the logic and create/modify/suppress any check in the system is incredibly powerful.
