Reminders/Tasks could be a little more efficient in their use. I.e embedded into a calendar system rather than work as an email system

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach is beneficial because you can organize your daily tasks, gain meaningful insights on your prospecting, and have company insights all in one window. Highly reccommend.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful if there were more information on how prospects interact with my company and campaigns. Would also like more info from outreach on how to optimize my campaigns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem that Outreach solves for me is organizing daily tasks, and organizing sequences to be more productive with selling time. Has also lead to increased campaign performance.

Emails are automated and sequences are easy to set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Searching prospects or accounts are difficult because you have type in the exact match or it will not show.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending automated emails and having my linkedin tasks pop up.

What do you like best about the product?
Managing many different sequences with analytics and the ability to A/B test.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integrations with salesforce and other systems could be better and more stable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach ensures our SDRs are hitting their activity targets, and it also provides critical data to measure campaign effectiveness.
The integration with email, salesforce, Dialpad, and LinkedIn is seamless
What do you like best about the product?
Regardless of where I start my communication with a prospect or client (Dailpad, G-mail, Outreach, Salesforce), it is all sync'd and easy to see activities, open sequences, and engagement.
What do you dislike about the product?
The push/pull of data between Outreach and Salesforce is not always seamless, such as when contacts and accounts change ownership. But I believe this to be how the company admin has set it up. Meaning it's all configuration based.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to quickly interact with prospects and clients, especially in volume. The other nice feature is the sequences, templates, and snippets - as well as how these elements are available in email.

The platform is very organized and easy to navigate. I also love the training material that they provide which is easy to understand and follow

Some of the information seems to be too much at times.

Making calls and sending out emails with sequences. It's easy to use in order to book meetings

Nothing is wrong with the software. It works just fine.

It allows me to book more meetings by creating sequences of contacts so I can do cold calls and emails
