Great potential, not intuitive/user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
A/B testing abilities and automatic creation of call tasks, connection to Linkedin
What do you dislike about the product?
Once you enroll a prospect into a sequence with an automatic task, you cannot edit that step (you have this ability in Hubspot), also finding accounts & propsects can be difficult and not user friendly

Outreach keeps me organized and allows to me to prospect effectively to build more pipeline and close business.

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach is a great tool to manage communication with your customers or leads. Integrated calls from predefined phone number even you're outside of the country is a great feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
The visibility of the status of the emails sent is a bit poor. I'd like to get a better dashboard for the visibility of emails read or ignored/sent to spam or those who unsubscribed. Or at least having a rich filters for that would be good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mass emails sending and checking the status, emails followups and analysis of the emails reviewed. Calls recording and integration with MS Dynamics is also very useful/.

I love the automation and how easy it is to send out campaigns to prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the capabilities and that so many emails get bounced.

What do you like best about the product?
Great visibility of sequence performance and engagement by our prospects
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of exported reports can be a little overwhelming and difficult to interpret.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can see how well our BDRs are performing against their KPIs now and can adjust our training and coaching accordingly.
Outreach is great and helps our team with prospecting and high cadence email flows.
What do you like best about the product?
They have great support and a fantastic product! Their team is second to none. They have great support and customer service. I find their product is greatly helpful for giving actionable feedback to the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have much that I dislike to be honest. If I were to suggest an improvement, I think their journey building interface could be improved. I also think this is very hard to accomplish outside of email marketing platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are helping us send mass emails to prospects and saving time of composing individual emails. Their templating language is also great for personalization of mesages

You can customize your own templates and the platform is easy to use

What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, everything is great but we weren't allowed to customize our own templates so while that feature is great, we couldn't use it - so we would have to edit each template manually which wasn't ideal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's super easy to throw a lead in put them in a queue where you call/email them. The platform really saves you a lot of time and it shows all of your tasks so it takes out the guesswork of what you have to do each day.
ZoomInfo SalesOS Integration with Outreach
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is super easy to move data from Zoom into Outreach. Just a couple of clicks, and you're done. What makes it even better is that you can assign the prospects to someone, add to a sequence and tag them all in one place so you do not have to work from two different applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much to really dislike in the integration. The integration is seemless, so you can't go wrong with that. If I had to list something, I'd say that my only mild dislike is that you can only select one sequence while pushing the prospects from Zoom into Outreach. If you want to add those prospects to an additional sequence, you'll have to go back to Outreach, search for your prospect and then add them from there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach makes it so much easier to stay on top of your prospects and keep you organized. You create sequences to ensure that your prospects are receiving the right info that pertains to them, makes calling them a breeze and ensures that you have the proper stats on your targets so that you know who to focus on the most.
Pleasant and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use and being able to reach so many prospects which ultimately saves me a lot of time throughout the day and allows me to be on the phone more.

Sometimes I get a bit confused when I send out multiple sequences

Outreach is able to give me assistance by allowing me to reach a whole range of different prospects with multiple touch points and save me a lot of time
