Feature-Rich and Flexible for How We Utilize It
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach templates for email and call outreach is incredibly helpful for mass sending updates to my customers. My enablement team and marketing teams can upload templates and outreach (no pun intended) goals and sending those customized email communications is quick and efficient - especially helpful given I manage hundreds of customers and need to move fast! I have very easily integrated this into my workflow.
I also love the Gmail integration, specifically because I can see when & how often a customer opens an email. That insight is incredibly impactful. I have fully integrated Outreach into my daily (and hourly, honestly) workflow.

What do you dislike about the product?
Almost too many options of tags vs. additional fields that it gets a bit busy and hard to navigate. Could be the way we utilize it, though!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlining communications to hundreds of clients, tracking calls & emails, and insights into customer engagement in when and how often they open my emails. With Outreach templates for outreach, I don't have to repopulate one email for multiple clients - instead with a few clicks of a button in Outreach I can send 1x1 emails to a mass customer list - eliminating the need to copy & paste and avoid avoidable mistakes that can occur with manual emails.
Balances Scale and Personalization with Powerful Analytics
What do you like best about the product?
How well it balances scale and personalization. With Outreach I’m able to create structured multi-channel, multi-step sequences, quickly plug in templates or snippets, and leverage analytical visibility to review my team’s performance and make data-driven decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you do not have an admin license, customization options are somewhat limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales prospecting and demand generation. It allows my team to build targeted prospect lists, run multi-channel sequences, and engage prospects efficiently while tracking every touchpoint. This helps maximize outbound productivity, improve pipeline quality, and generate more revenue-driving demand.

Contact lists, tasks, call task flow, call quality and recording

Wish had an option where you could add people into a call list to save for cold call power hours

Streamline sales, report on daily KPIs, keep prospects in one place so can actively put people into sequences and be pro-active with tasks and calls. This helps me to be organised in my role and streamline my role with automated emails in my sequences

Outreach is an excellent sales engagement platform, thanks to its AI-driven automation and comprehensive workflow tools. I appreciate these features because they streamline our multichannel outreach and deliver actionable insights for our revenue teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
The primary downside of Outreach is its high cost and the necessity for training, which can be particularly challenging for those who are new to the platform. These factors often result in frustration during the onboarding process and when trying to scale.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach addresses our main sales challenges, such as manual prospecting, disorganized data entry, and irregular follow-ups, by automating multichannel workflows and synchronizing activities with our CRM. This automation reduces repetitive tasks and allows our representatives to concentrate on building valuable relationships and closing deals more quickly. As a result, we have been able to achieve our goals on schedule.
Excellent Tool That Delivers Results
What do you like best about the product?
It keeps a great log of interactions with prospects and accounts and has great integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is not great in my mind. It's sometimes clunky and hard to see exactly what I'm looking for quickly. It also logs me out frequently.

It helps me know when prospects are engaging with the content I share with them.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Kaia because it turns every sales or CX conversation into structured insight. The real-time transcription, note-taking, and content cards help us keep good notes and forward them to product and marketing for additional customer insight. It was also easy to get added and learn the product.

Setting up content cards and the search features aren't as robust as they could be.

I use Outreach for capturing and summarizing customer interactions, which helps with training, quality assurance, meeting summaries, coaching, and providing data-driven insights. Kaia facilitates real-time transcription and note-taking, offering structured insights from conversations.

been using it for roughly 7 years and have had it at multiple organizations love the ease of use and seeing what works from tracking and for keeping me on task

The coding can break and the Chrome extension needs an update.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how Outreach integrates leveraging new AI tools which has streamlined our workflow significantly. The analytics feature is another valuable asset, greatly enhancing my ability to interpret data easily and make informed decisions. Additionally, the platform serves as a centralized hub for prospect database management, tracking and setting meetings, and keeping detailed account information and notes. This integration allows me to sort through prospects and their information efficiently, making my daily activities much smoother and more organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the homepage's UI to be inadequate, lacking an intuitive layout that facilitates easy navigation and quick access to essential information. I would like to see real-time statistics around call tasks, which are currently missing. This makes it challenging to monitor and manage call activities effectively. Additionally, it would be beneficial to have a comprehensive view, like a single pane of glass for all my sales reps' current call tasks for the day. Furthermore, although I was not present during the initial setup, our admin mentioned that it was a cumbersome process, indicating potential difficulties for new users.

I use Outreach for managing prospect database, setting meetings, and organizing account information, which streamlines sorting through data and leveraging AI tools enhances our workflow.
