What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to assign tasks and sequences for prospects to stay on top of. I also like the VM fast button when leaving messages. Outreach also writes back to salesforce. You can also see who has opened your sent emails and how many times they have been open.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are multiple duplicates and prospects per account so it can get confusing when contacting new leads to reach out to. It would be beneficial to merge these duplicate accounts and contacts somehow to clear up any confusion on if you have reached out to a contact or not
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps establish a good workflow for the day with visibility in how you are tracking to goal on activity.

I would love to have a text or chat feature.

Having information at the ready to make multiple phone calls in quick succession

I like Outreach because the sequence system lets you have multiple touchpoints that activate whenever you need them to.

I don't like the UI, it's a little hard to navigate through.

I like the sequences because they help me engage prospects more effectively and efficiently, thus getting me more meetings booked.
Legacy tool that lacks modern updates
What do you like best about the product?
They seem to focus a lot of updates on reporting, always play around with ux/ui but don't address real challenges to improve.
What do you dislike about the product?
Many things like adding spintax, incorporating a parallel or power dialer (could be an upsell), limiting to 2 emails per seat is crazy cost wise compared to what's available

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use interface, great settings and user experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer support seemed to lack. Kept changing UI, which got annoying.

What do you like best about the product?
I can view all the emails sent to any prospect. Viewing old emails helps me draft better messages and bring back closed opps. The outreach is very easy to use and can be easily learned—no special training required. As many sequences as you want to run—it is always possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think so. I have used a few other tools as well, but outreach is the best.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach helps to send bulk emails in a hassle-free way. Being a business development person it's very helpful to send mails, track the engagements.

Allows me to call prospects to book meetings and hit my internal quota

What do you like best about the product?
The UI and design of outreach is very user friendly, and has all the tools needed to prospect and complete sales cycles for most BDR/SDR teams. I also love how you can track when the tasks/calls are due and the due dates are shown on the main dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
When my team was using Outreach last year, it sometimes wouldn't load or make dials when multiple users were in the same room using their own outreach subscription. This led our team too have to work from home and found that when we were not in the same office, Outreach worked smoothly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team decided to move on from Outreach due to pricing and timing, but we are currently in talks with their team to look back into using Outreach. Our team wants to track due dates on time and have an easier platform to use daily.
High quality CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, great interface, the chrome extension is awesome for sequencing leads, task lists generate as expected and it's easy to customize sequences.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't sequence more than once per lead. Wish I could put leads into more than one sequence at a time!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's very efficient and easy to use. No hassles when it comes to daily use or getting upset. I enjoy using it also for the insights it gives me on each lead page.
Simplified Integration
What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity and ease of use, Simplicity in integration, and open AI for any and all CRM

An extra layer of security in sorting undelivered or failed mail
