What do you like best about the product?
Great way to prospect and sequence leads, leaving our sales team more time to sell.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, it's been a great experience! We had an issue initially syncing to salesforce but that was resolved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead generation, getting more quality leads into our sales teams hands.
Outreach has been useful in organizing and keeping track of my marketing efforts, what gets results.
What do you like best about the product?
The statistics are extremely useful to know if email headings are getting looked at or not, and if they are getting multiple views.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not require some follow up after completing an act, allowing clients to fall out of cycle if the campaign ends, or an action has ended.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How effective are contacts are so we know where we need to increase efforts or improve our message.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This not a full board CRM so evaluate what your needs are from an app. This more of a contact tool, so make sure it is what you need, also check if it has the integration you need, if you require it to interact w/ a CRM.

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach is great, helps to keep me on task and send valuable messages to my customers. They are continuously updating and listen to product feedback. The metrics are also great - they give insight to open rates, call connect rates, etc. giving you a better understanding of your overall outreach success.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall it is a great product, being picky I'd like for it to have the ability to move items within sequences easier than having to continuously "move up" until it is in the right place rather than saying move to step 2.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time efficiency, task management, strategic outreach and continuous connection with customers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Outreach is well worth the investment. Stop sending emails one by one and creating tasks that are disjointed from your customers contact information.

I love the ease of use, I love the service, I love what it does for my teams time. Its an amazing tool
What do you dislike about the product?
Like all new fast growing techs there are some quirkiness but the support team is incredibly responsive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ive used Outreach as both a sales director and customer success director, and it has done amazing things for both. For my sales reps, having a clear comm track for every prospect they approach, the ability to test messaging and make pivots on the go is a huge gift to production - and then the analytics it spits back helps my understanding of overall team and content performance. With CS we manage most of our 1:many csm work via outreach, and we've moved much of customer marketing away from marketo - Outreach has become our content/communication repository, and added not only time savings but additional polish to how we work with customers.
Would Recommend Outreach to any SMB for Automated Emails
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach is really intuitive and our team picked it up all very quickly. It helps you keep track of which emails were opened, read and responded to. I loved using the email sequence feature that Outreach has. There were times when tasks at hand were going haywire, but Outreach was the pivotal tool we relied on to stay on track. There would be reminders for tasks to be completed, and it was easy to do everything in bulk. I also do have to give a shout out to their customer service team. Their responses were always timely, quick and helpful!
What do you dislike about the product?
To be frank, I can't really think of anything that I dislike about Outreach. There are a lot of checks and balances in the system, which results in different steps to ensure everything is sorted out. However, the parameters are important and needed especially for your mass emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are thousands and thousands of publishers we need to reach out to in a timely matter. They require multiple touches, and this is where Outreach comes in and helps out with.
I rely on outreach to do my job everyday.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that outreach allows me to do things in a more efficient manner. It allows me to schedule calls and emails at one time. I also get a report each morning of my daily tasks which helps me plan ahead. Finally, I love that I can see who has opened my emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have experienced a few bugs (like old emails going out from months earlier). I also wish there was a better way to share emails and sequences rather than having to make them public to the whole company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have realized which leads are hotter than others, and it allows me to focus on those. This increases my productivity and allows me to excel at my job.
Outreach Does the Trick
What do you like best about the product?
Automatic emails being sent with a few clicks of a button to initiate.
What do you dislike about the product?
No timezones and can't call through outreach so I have to switch back and fourth from salesforce/outreach

Contacting strategic accounts with a specific message depending on account. Trying to reach as many prospects as I can through an automated system, while closing business, and achieving goals. Outreach helps me save time from manually sending emails or sending follow ups.
Outreach - Great Tool for Marketing
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the amount of automation that Outreach can provide to me. It allows me to set up full campaigns so I can not worry in the future if I should email or call them. It also lets me know who the hottest prospect in the campaign are, so I can call them right away.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some thing that are hard to learn about exporting and importing lists. Sometimes errors are hard to understand. But they have a phenomenal support team to assist with anything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes emailing groups of people easier. Sends out emails fast.

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach is very easy to use with great integrations into Salesforce. It's really easy to quickly sequence a handful of leads to a desired sequence and then work through your sequences in a systematic fashion. It allows our team to be more efficient and target more leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
Transferring tasks mid-sequence requires a lot of weird quirks. We had a point in time where we were short staffed and numerous SDRs were covering multiple territories. When we hired new SDRs we wanted to transfer leads mid-sequence to new people, but we found that very difficult to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've used other tools in the past, but Outreach is much more streamlined application. We've realized increased productivity and number of leads we can reach through a clean and easy to use interface. We've built a process around Outreach and it's helped us target more leads in less time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There are many tools out there that help with lead sequencing, my advice is to try them for yourself and see what works best. We found that Outreach had the right mix of ease of use and functionality to suit our needs.
Intuitive, good UI and great to use.
What do you like best about the product?
The gmail and SFDC integrations help me run my business on a day-to-day bases. With any tool like Outreach, integrations are a key aspect of my job a time saver. Also, being able to track my customers enables me to have timely follow ups and provides needed context.
Additionally, having sequences readily available with open and response rates gives me insight into what's working in my territory and verticals.

What do you dislike about the product?
Limit on emails and emails I send via Outreach getting stuck in my outbox can be a huge hassle on my day and deals. This is the main feature I dislike and can be incredibly frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Insight into my emails enables timely follow ups helping move the sales process along and close bigger deals quicker. It also helps me constantly fine tune my outreach tactics as I have context to what's getting responses and what isn't.
