It helps keep track of a large number of prospects and accounts with automated sequences.

I would definitely recommend this solution to all sales teams. I also think this is ideal tool for Lead gen/ Account development teams. It really does the work for you, and No inbound lead is left behind- and for Sales reps, It really does the work for you on maintain relationships and follow ups with your accounts for potential future up sells.

Great Sales Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach IO is a very helpful sales tool because of the ease of use! I am glad Adobe picked it up for our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times when the SFDC integration fails, I lose connection to my tab to import. However, support has been there to help me get my access back within a day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
getting in touch with my sales contacts and organization is much smoother.

It has made the sales team far more productive and efficient, giving them hours back in their day to spend on other revenue increasing activities.

I would like to see a little more customization with how it integrates into Salesforce.com

Efficiency out our sales team with out-bounding to leads and following up with marketing provided leads.

Outreach does a great job of making it easy to create sales email campaigns and monitor your success.
What do you dislike about the product?
A bit difficult to utilize for outbound as it is limited to importing new emails in the tool. Need to utilize a separate tool to import leads/emails.

Reaching out to inbound leads is great.

What do you like best about the product?
I need my reps to focus on closing deals that are later in the sales cycle versus wasting time fishing through top of funnel contacts/leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
Takes some time to get ramped up...some things are not that intuitive.

Team followup and overall lead mgmt.

What do you like best about the product?
I haven't used it much. Our sales team has been using it for reaching out to prospective clients. They seem to like some of the tracking and prioritization tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still getting used to all of the features. Only trouble came from conflicts with our current software.

Sending out mass emails to prospective clients.

Outreach has been a job saver. It literally has given me back 2-3 hours in my day that I would normally spend calling or typing out emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that you could have a sequence start after one has ended. It is a little complicated to create multiple sequences and remember when to re-sequence someone.

Saving time.

If you are spending time cold calling, emailing prospects manually or are having to spend too much time getting in contact with prospects or clients, then you need to take a look at Outreach.

I like how user-friendly the product is. I like that even though I've never been great with tools, this tool has somehow clicked for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the process of importing and then putting stuff into the sequence. I feel like there needs to be an easier way.

Being able to email anyone I've ever talked to, and doing it in a way that saves me so much time is incredible.

I really like how well the product ties into my work e-mail address- keeping all of my account activity in one place.

Often not clear when there are errors in the sequence what the error is.
