Great product!
What do you like best about the product?
Saves me a ton of time in my business as an Account Executive.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far there isn't anything I've found that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Staying on top of leads, accounts and opportunities. Streamlines my day to day tasks.
Outreach - So great but could use a few fixes
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach makes it very easy to have a set follow up exactly to how you want your follow ups sent. For the most part, once you get the hang of it then it's pretty user friendly and easy to toggle between different sequences for a/b testing. etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting acclimated to the system was quite painful. There should definitely be some sort of tutorial that includes all the best practice. I made several errors and took the slowest path of completing something. eventually i'd come across something that made the process much faster. Also, the lag time of refreshing and showing the next action was extremely slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the business problem we are trying to solve is to reach more prospective companies in an efficient manner. some of the benefits are that we have more time to focus on more lead generation instead of sending out emails. if i send out a 100 emails today ill have to follow up in x amount of days to send a follow up email. Outreach removes that priority so I can focus on other things.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
the convenience of the product once you've learned how to use the product is great. it allows you to focus on the more important aspects of your business than just sending out emails.

The ability to contact multiple leads at a time.
What do you dislike about the product?
If used correctly, outreach does not have anything that I dislike.

Follow up with potential clients has become much easier with outreach.

the automation makes my life easy with follow ups and sales prospecting

Takes a bit of time to setup sequences and I dislike that they show open rate for automated replies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Need better scale and ability to put prospects into sequences quicker
Helped me reach out to another market in which I didn't have many connections
What do you like best about the product?
I liked how I could send out 100s of emails a week that I didn't have to do myself. This allowed me to focus on serving my current customers and reaching out to others without having to do all of the emailing myself.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing I think needs improvement is that the emails were very vague and it didn't address pains or problems that our customers may be experiencing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to reach more prospects and follow up with the ones who have emailed back to me. It has also helped me have warmer leads instead of always cold calling. Using Outreach helped me grow my sales by 20% over the last two months. I am very thankful for this service.
Great email recording/tracking tool
What do you like best about the product?
Logs activities/communities automatically and shows how many times the email has been opened/viewed. Sequencing option is helpful too for unresponsive clients
What do you dislike about the product?
The glitches. There seems to be a lot of errors that occur. Inconsistent logging of activities/emails.

Allows me to keep track of when I need to be contacting clients

I like the dashboard, and most notably, the 360 view.
What do you dislike about the product?
Seems to be still working out kinks, which is completely understandable and often rectified quickly and efficiently.

Solving inefficiencies in the sales process. I've realized that this is a great tool to supplement typical cold calling.

It's not always easy to navigate. Not very intuitive.

Emails on a Mass Scale
What do you like best about the product?
I like the style of email sequences - it's nice to be able to drop people into a sequence and forget about it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of glitches - for example, we were sending out emails that were supposed to auto-populate people's contact names, numbers, etc. and they received emails with the commands like {{contact name}}. We also had problems with outgoing emails not sending.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm alleviating the difficulty of warming up leads. This is an easy way to warm up lots of leads and reengage them all at once.
Easy, effective and efficient-- my day is built around it!
What do you like best about the product?
It's a fairly intuitive platform-- which makes it easy to learn quickly. Also, the ability to send buckets of email sequences with ease (while integrating with Gmail/Salesforce!) is essential to effectively reaching our prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some buggy areas-- for example the key pad while dialling extension numbers rarely works. Although the most frustrating problem is the poor search function for Outreach... unless you type out a prospect's name perfectly it won't come up.

A few problems that have be solved with Outreach are:
1. The ability to touch a large amount of prospects in very targeted way, and track those results-- more reach/better efficency
2. a.b testing for email templates-- better results
3. integration with tasking/tags/personas to prioritize top prospects-- making everyone more effective
