Outreach has definitely made our lives much easier, and increased the productivity of our team.
What do you like best about the product?
I like best the fact that everything is automated. So much of my time prior to using Outreach was monotonous, time consuimg and now my time is better allocated towards tasks that matter and ultimately has increased the amount of prospects I have been able to reach.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although not terrible, there was definitely a bit of a learning curve when first using the tool causing some frustration and much back and fourth with the support team. Some functionalities are still lacking, such as being able to drop a prospect into a new sequence from an existing sequence and although functionalities through gmail have improved, it could also still be more user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were solving time spent on items that could have ultimately been automated, thus, allowing the amount of prospects we reach to increase. By having various sequences and time frames for such will allow us to stay on our prospects minds for when the time is right.

Opportunity to reach out via email to multiple prospects all at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times site slowness, and intermittent connectivity issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sequencing multiple prospects at the same time enables me as a salesperson to do 5x the job.

What do you like best about the product?
When it comes to managing a lot of leads, multiple targets/segments, and gaining flexibility for automation, Outreach is the way to go. I've even sequenced leads for 9-months out... what a great tool! I can even check on the emails synced to Outlook, Salesforce, my phone and check the open rates. No mess no fuss.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ability not remove sequence after lead has been converted
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Leads that are sequenced will reach out when they finally realize they should respond vs me having to always call them and bother them!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Leads, leads leads, and not having to touch those leads

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I am able to send out sequences with multiple steps, saving time in my day/week for other sales enablement efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I'll stumble across the occasional sending error, where a lead or contact can't be sent an email due to an overlap from another active sequence, even when the lead or contact is taken off that active sequence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We realized that we schedule more appointments via email than over the phone. Seeing the data and metrics behind our sequences helps us optimize subject line writing and content building decisions.

The customer service support is fast and very helpful

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach is easy to set up and use whether synced with Salesforce or using as a stand alone sales acceleration platform. The ability to have 360 View helps my reps know the most likely prospects to reach out to during a given day. Reps can easily track their activity and set up tasks. Sequences ensure each prospect gets the touches needed to connect and close. The reporting makes coaching easy and fun. Outreach is our right arm for outbound prospecting.
What do you dislike about the product?
The software used to be slow and glitchy but I have not had any problems lately at all. My team loves this software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to develop a systematic outbound process in order to realize revenue while being as efficient and productive as possible. Outreach helps us automate processes, keep track of important metrics, and develop a process that is working in realizing our revenue goals.

Speak with a Rep! They are knowledgeable and want to provide a consultative experience.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to create reports to view the number of clicks/opens/replies, it allows me to better target prospects and makes my outreach much more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Often when outreach asks if I want to import a prospect's info, the prospect already exists within outreach but there isn't an immediate option to merge the prospects.
Also Some of the objects aren't synced up to our SFDC, which makes some of the information updating a little tedious, but that's more of a problem on our end than anything.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trying to establish a balance between personalization and scalability-- using outreach allows us to make our outreach much more personalized and target a larger audience.
Solid tool
What do you like best about the product?
Really nice interface, makes it easy for anyone new to the tool to use. Happy to use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like more in depth reporting, so I can see clicks and etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the problem of mass outreach. Easier to reach a large crowd of people.

Outreach has enabled me to target my top level prospects and put them on a sequence and let the email do its trick.

I really don't have anything or any dislikes about outreach.

I have realized the ability to target my top prospects and get results without as much effort as sending single emails to prospects.

Do it!!
I used Outreach in my previous position and when I switched companies I recommended Outreach.
What do you like best about the product?
Huge time saver. We were creating call and email tasks for every step and now with Outreach we spend more time on the phones talking with our prospects and way less time creating tasks and sending email templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a better way for Notes on call. When you add a note after a call you have to go to that prospects activity tab and find it. Before the call it would be great to quickly see in that task Notes from previous calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Has solved multiple inefficiencies with not only cold prospecting but with following up with current pipe and even new customers. Just makes life so much more simple.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I've used Tout, Marketo, Eloqua, Yesware and a few others and Outreach is just better.
Outreach has drastically improved our marketing process.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to manage tasks according the how many times someone views my outbound emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that the 360 view isnt best to work out of but like its view better than tasks.

Email campaign's and managing tasks.
