Outreach is great tool for Sales Executives
What do you like best about the product?
I love the sequences. I depend on them for my prospecting and follow up after demos. I also appreciate the "Task" functionality. I'm able to create my call lists and follow up with phone calls. I even get email reminders on a daily basis that help me take a quick snap shot of what my day will look like.
What do you dislike about the product?
As our organization continues to grow and share templates/sequences with each other, sometimes it's difficult to sort through all of the options. The search functionality helps to drill down on the template I'm looking for but if there is a way to improve this, I'm all for it. I also some conversion issues with the Salesforce /Outreach integration. I'm able to work through them, but hopefully their connection will continue to improve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach helps me to be organized. There's no way I could manage all of the follow up after my presentations manually. I simply would not get the necessary amount of information to my prospects in a timely manner.
I also save time in my day from having to do double entry. I work directly out of Salesforce for my CRM. Outreach links with Salesforce so that I do not need to double up on my efforts.

I would recommend attending training. I'm sure the system does more than I even know.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the email sequencing features, along with being able to track all the details associated with each lead and account.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how it's not saving my template with the formatting, font and colors i usually use in my signature. I also don't like the email limit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I believe that it's organizational approach and interactive abilities are very useful, especially for larger teams with various leads that need to be touched, it's definitely a more logical and mythological process for us.

What do you like best about the product?
The sequence building is quite simple and easy to track all your activity against lead/contacts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The way it auto sends emails after a certain amount of time has elapsed. Instead something like sending at 9AM the next day, would be more effective for our situation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves loads of time sending individual email, logging individual activities in salesforce and staying on top of activity that needs to be done against a lead or contact.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to better steer the convo based on what they've looked at and when they looked at my emails/links.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some syncing issues with Salesforce, especially when I have synced a lead to Outreach before. When I make updates on SF I never see the updates migrating over to Outreach and need to re-enter new email or phone information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understanding what my prospects know about us based on their behavior is huge. Also, being able to see where they've opened my email is helpful when I'm trying to call them.

What do you like best about the product?
It makes it so easy to manage all of our email outbound prospecting. It is easy to see which campaigns are working with the A/B testing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes items get paused and it is difficult to un-pause them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Moving from a traditional time consuming mail merge. It was very difficult to keep track and follow up on outbound/inbound emails.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that with outreach, I can target multiple people at once very easily. I can see when an email is opened, when they respond from a different email, when they unsubscribe. I love seeing the stats for each sequence, such as open rate and response rate. It makes it easier for me to have a high level overview of performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have yet to figure out if i can pause a sequence for holidays, and then resume it without everything getting messed up. Can i also pause a sequence, and then resume the sequence sending the emails from a different email address?

Outreach is easy to use and provides great insight into the performance of all your campaigns.

One area of improvement that would be useful is allowing users the capability to embed video's within campaigns.

Outreach helps us solve questions about the performance of our outreach efforts. This has enabled us to make decisions based on data and make changes to our messaging when necessary.
Powerful automation
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach can be tailored to almost any inside sale's workflow to increase productivity. Inbound lead responses, outbound prospecting, general meeting followup , etc.. It has the power to take an average rep and super charge their productivity. The reporting is also fantastic. Their A/B reporting is second to none in this space. Finally, the inherent design of the product leads me to believe that Outreach simply understands the workflow of an inside sales rep more so than its competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are numerous settings within Outreach that make it incredibly powerful but also confusing. This is the trap of enterprise software: large companies require an extreme layer of control and security that makes user interfaces and deployments challenging. Many times I've found myself chasing down conflicts between my settings and those of my organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Companies with shorter and higher volume sales cycles have a massive opportunity to "work smarter". I've used Outreach at two different employers (and tried to bring it in to a third) because I simply know that by using Outreach I will sell more.

What do you like best about the product?
The customer support is top notch. My personal support rep (Shelby) is always available to screen share and walk through issues or processes to allow me to remain focused on productivity. The technology integration between email services and CRM systems is seamless making it very easy to be productive and track your activities in a single action. The flexibility of the custom fields in the templates and sequences permits highly individualized communication even with large mailing pools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish the platform was able to segment time zones based on area code or country codes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales cycle in some instances is extremely long; use of the scheduling and unlimited sequence templates permits customized "set it and forget it" drip reminders to remain front of mind for clients.
