Couldn't imagine doing my job without Outreach!

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach simply streamlines the entire work flow of my role. It's integration with tools I use makes things easier and takes away a few steps in between.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I can pinpoint at the moment. It seems to do its job very well for what we ask of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At our business, Outreach is used to connect with the potential clients. The main benefit is the ability to track the success rate of our emails and to be able to understand the engagement our clients are having with our content.

Easy to use. Easy to sell!

What do you like best about the product?
It's intuitive. Beautifully designed, and provides actionable intelligence. Its SFDC integration so I can email prospects directly from Salesforce. Lastly, it's self-government—it knows when a prospect is on a sequence and duplicate sequences can't be sent, leading to a poor experience from the customer.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that Outreach could tell me when the prospect is most likely to check their email. Not sure if this is technically a dislike, but a nice-to-have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease in touching prospects in a scalable fashion.

Outreach has improved my sales process!

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach has increased my number of daily activities and I love the automatic email feature. The sequences are very useful in automating the sales process. I like how the activity history is easy to review. The Overview tab with company details is helpful. The open rate on emails is also useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Outreach was integrated with Salesforce so I could work solely on one platform. When working my task list, it would be nice if all the tasks due for a particular prospect were due in a row, rather than moving to the next prospect after completing the first task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The sequences allow for more strategic communication with prospects that result in prospect responses. Outreach has sped up the entire sales process allowing me to contact more prospects in a day than previously.

Great tool for automating the sales process!

What do you like best about the product?
The auto email function is very convenient and easy to use. The process from switching from task to task is seemless.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that it is not integrated with my sales console but it was not a deal breaker
Open another tab when trying to view account in sales-fore is a tad inconvenient as well
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
i can automate 30 percent of my daily tasks with outreach
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do not go into expecting it to be a bad fit because one you get used to using outreach it can be very beneficial

I like the fact that outreach gives me the option to automate monotonous processes.

Given the nature of my particular role, outreach sometimes isn't as beneficial for me as it is for my colleagues.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to get a sequence up and running, form importing contacts, to creating personalized messaging, Outreach really makes it easy to scale your prospecting and responses.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally sequences will just pause without any warning. There are no alerts when something goes wrong, which would be very helpful in future releases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Personalized messaging at scale is always a challenge. Outreach has made it simple and easy to create personalized, effective messaging, and also track how that message resonates with prospects and clients. I really appreciate the reporting and insights.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to see what people have opened emails that I send to them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Right now there honestly isn't anything that I dislike about Outreach.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email problems, people not responding, coming up with new and exciting ways to get people to open the emails I send to them

If you want visibility into whether your recipients are opening the messages you sent, get Outreach bro.

What do you like best about the product?
The concept and capabilities of Outreach are fantastic. I like how customizable it is and how it's great to set up emails and let them play out. It allows me to work on more immediate needs and messages, phone calls, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Troubleshooting is difficult. Outreach support is fantastic, but there have been a few times where the issue goes unresolved, mainly because there isn't a logical reason as to why the problem exists.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach allows me to have more time to focus on premium roles and accounts, while also widening my net to reach additional companies and contacts.

What do you like best about the product?
The automatic sequence ability. The ability to also edit sequence and help control how often people can receive a message.
What do you dislike about the product?
The errors that would pop up since a large number of us touch the same contacts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reaching out to enough people in one day!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
diagnosing problems quicker than doing screen shares (in sales time means a lot of business lost out on if our system isn't working)

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to have a system make my 8 touch points is a salesman's dream come true! There is nothing like it out there and I have recommended several times.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like in outbound that the next to go out are on the last page. If it was on the first page then I could edit easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to connect with so many more people that I ever thought. I can hit hundreds or thousands in one day as opposed to 100 outbound calls.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Why would you consider anything else? This is the way of the future for sales. Get on board now and let's make some sales!
