Efficient and quick

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to automate touch points, gathering metrics for the salesforce. Increasing retention periods.
What do you dislike about the product?
Calendar syncing, navigation in the GUI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer outreach, callback statistics, and email response rates. Increased metric on everything mentioned.

Great tool although I don't fully use it in the role I'm in. Love the email templates and tracking.

I love the automation of task and sequences as well as email tracking.

The Calendar Tool. I wish it looked nicer within the email.

Prospecting, Engaging and Staying Engaged, and Selling LMS Software.

What do you like best about the product?
Watching my emails being opened really give me insight to whole engages the most as a client.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not too much to dislike, the sequencing tab can get pretty messy

What do you like best about the product?
Template analytics, the gmail plugin, the everywhere integrations are all essential for me
What do you dislike about the product?
My main dislike is the lack of advanced reporting features. I feel the analytics I can access are more basic than other tools I have used.

Tracking of email outreach, pipeline management

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach helps me dictate which prospects are important, which helps me spend my time wisely. I love the feature of starring prospects, sequencing, etc. Overall, great tool. I also like the aesthetics of outreach as a whole- i think the information is presented in a clean and straight-forward way that allows me to understand where I'm at in terms of sequencing, where i'm at with the prospects that I've already engaged in, and what and where I need todo in order to really drive my business home.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the problems that emerge sometimes; most of the time my VPOP is expired or it wont let me log a call, which means i need to refresh the page and then start over on my tasks. Not sure if it is a technical thing or whether its my wifi, but sometimes I've found that outreach can be pretty slow. This affects my ability to reach out to prospects and whether or not I'd catch them at a good time. Overall though I really like outreach and I will continue to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find that this allows me to reach the right prospects, seeing which email is generating the most views, and spend my time wisely with those who open emails more often than others. I also like the ability to go after multiple companies all at once- this allows me to widen my horizons and really make an impact when i'm reaching out to these other companies.

What do you like best about the product?
The task function as it allows you to schedule and sequence leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
How leads fall out of the sequence once they reply. Often times these replies however are out of office notices or general queries which you then have to manually track either within a spreadsheet or through a new sequence. Although generally for high volume leads, sequences don't satisfy the prospects needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Office catering. We have realised there is a benefit of targeting a high volume of SME's as opposed to our general larger business sizes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use for high volume of leads or a low volume of leads you won't be disappointed with the time saved with this too.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to reach out to as many people as possible as efficiently as possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't much to dislike as a BDR, but if you are working on opportunities through SF and not using it for business development it wouldn't make much sense to have it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows us to reach as many prospects as possible with meaningful content.

What do you like best about the product?
Calendar integration--so easy to add my available times.
Auto-removal--it would remove people from sequences whether they responded or someone else from the company responded
Sequence analytics--it was easy to see and test what wording got the most views, clicks, and responses
What do you dislike about the product?
That we had to leave. We were the only team using it and had to switch to match what the other sales and sdr teams were using.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a lot of volume for our little team and couldn't keep up. We started using outreach so we could reach out to leads within one hour, follow up with those that didn't respond, and get a demo scheduled. We saw huge increases in how many people we could respond to and how many demos we had each week. We also saw response times go from 1 day down to 1-2 hours.

What do you like best about the product?
Email tracking, ease of creating templates for outreach to prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
When it automatically logs me out and my emails arent tracked, but I believe this has been fixed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Limited badwidth to make the necessary touches, Outreach helps increase bandwidth and optimize touches.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of adding multiple prospects into an according sequence through "import to outreach" from Salesforce
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to go through failed emails and update company information such as "Company Natural"
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prospecting new contacts quickly through various systems, the last of which heavily includes Outreach's ease of importing contacts and sequencing specifically to where they live or what they do.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Trial it, and get user end feedback. I never used a technology like this and essentially taught myself within the span of 2 weeks. Very user-friendly and impactful.
