Outreach has been a game changer
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to automate my entire sales process start to finish.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I really dislike is not being about to automate account creation from a CSV.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to gain a ton of traction booking demos and turning that into deals in a lot shorter of a tune frame than before.

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach gives insight to interaction with prospective customers and stands alone as a valuable sales tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
The service can be clunky and doesn't update with Salesforce immediately. New updates can change admin rights and gum up our process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reaching out to someone within 5 minutes of an open email increases chances of connection and booking a meeting

The customizability of email campaigns makes my job so much easier.

Google often tags Outreach emails as spam.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Now I can reach out to all of my prospects on a consistent basis without spending the time to write and send emails every day. Automation is the key to success and Outreach has helped me rocket my career as a salesperson to new heights.

Lots of icons - UI is not always user-friendly for tech adjacent team members

-If you accidentally put a user on a particular first touch of a sequence, you can't put them on the correct one if you've already clicked activate for the wrong touch, if that makes sense

Organized sequences - automated emails and automated creation of tasks

Challenging reporting and filtering. Would like to see more options to see a wholistic picture of the stats by templates/users in emails

Automation of emails and organizing prospecting. Save time with email campaigns and prioritizing prospects
Use it on a daily basis and makes my prospecting more manageable

Tasks get automatically created for you. Whether it be a task to call/add on linkedin or just view a linkedin profile sets it apart. Helps me keep organized throughout my day.

The limitations on being able to reach out or touch a prospect after they have been touched within a certain time-frame. Would like to be able to touch multiple times in a day.

Organizational issues. There is a lot to keep up with and Outreach helps.
Great Tool some bugs good support
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy Outreachs ability to target accounts based on the Salesforce integration. It really makes it easy to go in and set different targeted email sequences to different people.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the bugs that the system has. Every system has bugs but sometimes they get over the top when you cant load the salesforce integration for a week.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We realize the benefits of being able to send targeted sequences and being able to make complicated sequence codes that send different messages based on the day or the time of year that it is. Makes it very easy to make all messages look personalized.

Id highly suggest its a great company going in a good direction. Give it a shot.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can what tasks I have for the day and arrange them in a manner that is most effective for my schedule.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that there are so many things you can do, that I haven't been able to take full use of the product and I feel that I don't have a good resource to find out all that I can do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to have email & call management with Outreach. It benefits me personally by the visibility I have in scheduling things that are most important in my day-to-day.
