Powerful but a bit clunky
What do you like best about the product?
Does a great job of automating my daily workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Workflow is based internally in outreach. It would be nice to have that in Salesforce. There is also a lot going on so sometimes it's hard to see where you need to be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves a lot of time and you can assure you are contacting everyone adequately. Nothing falls through the cracks.
It's been pretty good
What do you like best about the product?
Great way to send massive email campaigns to targeted groups.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is a little buggy and doesn't quite behave as I'd like it to. Not always the most intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to reach out to large segmented groups and easily track who I have and haven't contacted. That's been so helpful.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It gets the job done and is great for mass email campaigns. Definitely recommend it.
Great efficiency and organization
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach has increased efficiency and organization across my team immensely and I'd recommend to any team. I like all the reporting when it comes to open and reply rates. I like how you can do A/B testing to determine which emails are better to use. I like that you can see what is scheduled to go out for the week, month, or even year if you wanted to. I really like the name as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime the syncing between outreach and other CRM's can have a bit of a lag and sometimes it is hard to filter specific lists. I think overall the platform is solid and only little improvements are needed. I think that the issues that I have are small compared to how much the platform helps me increase my outbound volume. Also, there are some standard settings like how many emails can go out in a day that seem slightly unnecessary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficiency and Organization are the main things that outreach has helped me solve and has been the main benefit for me and my team. I realize that you are able to be much more strategic when you utilize all the functions that are built into the outreach platform. Using only bits and pieces can make it hard to see the true value of the platform and how it's increasing results positively.

What do you dislike about the product?
getting lost in the data sometimes. Too many things on the screen
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
being able to turn out alot of activity in a short amount of time
Recommendations to others considering the product:
none. Onboarding is amazing and this will change your business!
Outreach for outbound sales role
What do you like best about the product?
I like the integration with Gmail & it's interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration doesn't always work , settings can be cumbersome to navigate
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reaching out to prospective clients -- realized that I'm able to reach out to a lot of clients via outreach
Recommendations to others considering the product:
gets better with time!
Good Functionality, Some limitations, bugs
What do you like best about the product?
At its core outreach provides good functionality for our reps. It is fairly intuitive and easy to set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Outreach support is less than ideal. It often takes more than a day to hear back and responses are often generic, do not address the problem. Outreach Voice (their outbound dialer) is very buggy and has caused major problems for my company. Also some limits to functionality on email signatures and using outreach with Outlook desktop client (can take over 10 seconds to send an email).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cadence of contact management has been helpful. Automated local dial is also good when the dialer is working.
Sales Enabled
What do you like best about the product?
I love the Outreach Chrome extension. It makes prospecting so much easier and I don't have to flip back and forth between Salesforce it update contact information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Outreach can be buggy or down at times. But this is to be expected with new software and is worth the small, temporary issues for how much it helps me in my sales development role.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I also really love how Outreach brings together all the information and insights I need for a call. These insights help warm up my cold calls.
Great, but doesn't always work
What do you like best about the product?
It is great for marketing automation and sequencing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reliability of Outreach needs improvement. It crashes somewhat often, but this is understandable. We are far better off with than without Outreach.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation, time management, the ability to target accounts
Recommendations to others considering the product:
GO FOR IT
Outreach helps to shave hours off my week
What do you like best about the product?
The sequence feature helps to automate my email campaigns and follow up. I also love the calendar features that eliminates the back-and-forth of scheduling.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I knew how to build out the variables for the templates and sequences better- probably just a training gap on my part where I need to spend more time learning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems solving: the ability to scale email campaigns my customer base
Benefits realized: Time savings and efficiencies
Benefits realized: Time savings and efficiencies
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Adopt early and pay attention during training
Great Product for Sales People
What do you like best about the product?
It has an awesome, easy to use platform. I really enjoy it's ease of use and ability to create sequences that automate some automatable tasks. Also the email engagement tracking is awesome and you can set specific settings to help you reach out to those people who are most engaged with your emails and responses. Overall the Ease of use is my favorite.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't have a great integration with Salesforce. I wish if I took notes in Outreach it would automatically populate into salesforce. Also it has issues sometimes with the calls, there have been problems at least a couple times a montha and it typically takes 2 hours to resolve. So that can be annoying. Also they recently switched up the home page and it is not very customizable. The graphs they used to have were a lot better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps our DSR team be WAY more effective. We were trying to better perform as a team and Outreach enables us to work in a way more efficient manner.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I am not sure how good this is in relation to other companies, but I would definitely consider using this platform if are looking for a way to be a better salesman. It allows you to work way more efficiently, you know whether your prospects are viewing your emails and you can easily understand the engagement. It is a super great platform that is really easy to use.
