Outreach: Easy to Use, Powerful Automations and Bulk Updates

What do you like best about the product?
In Outreach I love the most that is easy to use, and all the possibilities (from my operational perspective) I like the automations, the easy list creation, bulk updates etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be super helpful if there was an option to change sequencer on more Prospects that are in different sequences at once. That is the only thing that I can think of at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It benefits us by increasing team productivity, improving forecasting accuracy, and giving leadership clearer insights to optimize performance and scale operations efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
The best tool I have used for email prospecting
What do you dislike about the product?
The User Interface can be made simpler. Also, adding a new contact to a new/existing email sequence directly on Outreach is not very straightforward
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me, the main problem Outreach is solving is the email prospecting automation. Saves me countless of hours while also clearly telling em what is the day's activity is

What do you like best about the product?
Allows us to create sequences/flows that we can then place prospects and customers into to understand better where they are in the pipeline and/or sales motion.
What do you dislike about the product?
It seems to be becoming a little outdated. You have competitors like Gong and Apollo, who can perform the same things but with more modules and additional functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Knowing our prospects and customers are being systematically pursued by our reps, and we know and can review the motions our reps are going through.

What do you like best about the product?
It's mainly about how it brings sequences, calling, emails, and LI Tasks and CRM sync in one particular workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a little complex to use, and feels overwhelming for smaller teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me solve the problem of scattered and manual prospecting. It helps automate outreach, keep the follow ups consistent, and manage everything in one place, and improves the visibility into what's working and saves time and drives more pipeline.

What do you like best about the product?
its ability to create and manage sequences effortlessly, which makes prospecting much more efficient. It also integrates seamlessly with other tools, making it a great addition to any existing workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
If i have to call prospects i have to do it one by one there should be a parallel dialer
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
creating marketing sequences and various email and calling steps.
Outreach saves me time by automating follow-ups and keeping my pipeline organized, so I can focus more on actual conversations with prospects.

Efficient Sales Engagement with Seamless Salesforce Integration

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the seamless integration that Outreach offers with Salesforce. This integration means our sales reps don't have to do anything to have information and outreach sent to prospects and customers automatically. The admin experience is much better in Outreach compared to the tool we previously used, Salesloft, which is one of the reasons we switched. The initial setup of Outreach was very easy too.
What do you dislike about the product?
The support, especially their chatbot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Outreach for automated outreach, which means our sales reps don’t have to do anything to send info to prospects and customers. Its seamless integration with Salesforce enhances this process efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
You can plan automations and workflows, which makes it easy to send one grouped email to multiple accounts in a single go. On top of that, all exchanges can be recorded in SFDC through a simple integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at the moment- the platform is meeting our needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mass email recipients, yet still personalised. Not like Gmail mail merge. CSM's work are easy now.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, with a wide range of profiles to create cold calls and emails from. There are also different filters available depending on the industry
What do you dislike about the product?
Comparatively expensive compared to other products like Apollo. It also has a slightly bigger learning curve than Apollo. Overall, it seems mainly suited for Sales.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales and marketing outreach, including cold calling.

What do you like best about the product?
We can link our LinkedIn account and use it in the sequence.
The interface is clear and defined, and I never take the support team's help.
Boost performance by email with an outreach tool and reduce manual work.
Pricing is worth it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it lacks. I have different steps in my sequence, and the first two steps were manual. So, when I completed my manual sequence, it is still showing the task.

The manual email problem is solved by using outreach.
