One thing Sophos MDR could work on is integrating better with other systems we use. The service is solid and effective, but if it could connect more smoothly with our other platforms and tools, it would make managing our security a lot easier and more efficient.

Single dashboard with all notifications consolidated. Sophos MDR has capability to integrate with all type of perimeters. Very easy to implement with great support of team.

Some connectors are paid. But still can be manged

The worst thing about Sophos MDR is that the support is only in English.

Sophos MDR offers a quick response that is covered 24 hours a day. It is easy to manage and the implementation has been very agile. The interaction with support has been very good so far.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mainly, one of the problems we have had is the language barrier, which sometimes prevents you from explaining the problem correctly in its entirety. Another issue is the price, as it prevents small companies from opting for this service.

Solve problems and threats practically in real time "the response speed is almost instantaneous." This helps us stay relaxed in the face of potential threats.

Sophos MDR is one of the best supports we can find in the sector. All the functions it offers, the ease of implementation and use make it the best option without a doubt. The support team that is always active 24/7 to solve all your problems and offer you peace of mind by providing security against any threat. Another thing that should be highlighted about Sophos MDR is the comfort and peace of mind of knowing that we will be notified by its team of professionals of any threat and of their work to resolve, stop and advise you to deal with that threat and thanks to its effectiveness it makes that for our part we have a low frequency of use. And finally, the easy integration and reporting makes it the best option again.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like everything, but if I have to make a complaint it would be with the language of the support that Sophos MDR offers since sometimes it is a bit complicated to deal with the language that is why I would recommend that extra of adding support in Spanish, it is still worth it and I didn't change it.

Sophos MDR solves critical cybersecurity challenges by providing continuous 24/7 monitoring, advanced threat detection, expert analysis, rapid response, and strategic security improvements. The cost is significant. Perhaps customers should be reimbursed if there have been no detections or responses.

In my opinion is the best purchase what we buy. When we have a emergency the contact whits us inmediathy or they call you.
If you need a support with incident the help you. The Sophos MDR have great professionals. We have a lot of sophos producs and it was very easy to integrate and implement in our system. It have very easy Ui to use.

Its very expensive. They dont have spanish support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For explemple few days ago a user download a malicious file and they the inmediatly notify us and block this PC and delete malicious file. Its crazy. I love this service.
